*Ashley's POV*

I was curled up in bed texting my friend Ryan. We met on Instagram and I live in Los Angeles and he live in Manhattan.

Ryan: guess what

Me: what

Ryan: iM MOVING TO LOS ANGELES NEXT WEEK !!!

Me: HOLY SHIT WE GOTTA MEET

Ryan: WE ARE GONNA MEET

*two weeks later*

      There's a knock at my door and run over to it. I open the door to reveal Ryan.

"Hi," he says.

"Hi!" I squeal, hugging him.

I let go of him. "Oh, um, come in," I blush.

      We go into the living room and sit down on the couch. It's awkwardly silent for a minute before Ryan spoke, breaking the silence.

"We've been talking for a while and we've finally met and I was wondering if-if you want to be my girlfriend," he says.

"I would love that," I reply.

      Ryan cups my face with his big hands before pressing his lips to mine. Electricity shot  through my body as heat was being exchanged between our mouths. Ryan broke the kiss and looked down at his lap.

"I've been wanting to ask you that for a while," he tells me.

"And I've been wanting you to ask me that for a while," I giggle.
