Ericka Adamec is the Sophomore who no one knows. She speaks in a lilting voice, mumbling sentences that are barely audible. Only her small handful of friends have heard her speak up. Ericka speaks through the songs that she writes, and sometimes performs the songs to certain people, while playing guitar. Ericka had a hard time talking to others, because she fears getting hurt by new people. Her small group of friends is the people she's know since elementary school. Ericka had been labeled the wallflower of her high school, and she's completely fine with that label.
On the other hand, there's Jordan Zabrenski. Jordan is a Junior, and is a respectful young man. He's not popular, but he has friends and all that. Jordan excels in anything he does. Everyone loves him. He's the person the people go to when they need help. He plays tennis, plays guitar perfectly, and does well in school. He is considered perfect, and he pays literally no attention to what others think of him.
These two had no idea that each other existed until the first day of school, where their teacher asked everyone to introduce themselve in class. Once they notice each other, they experience experiences they never thought they would.
