Jordan's POV Septemer 30th

Dating Ericka felt like it was all a dream. I'm still trying to get over her overcoming her fears by singing in class. It's been like, three days and it's still amazing me. We haven't done much in the past three days, besides going to Smoothie King and her going to my games. The usual, of course. It's been three days with Ericka. Were not going to rush anything. If anything, we have all the time in the world together. Nothing can separate us at this point.

I served the ball to Chris, who messed up because he hadn't been paying attention. I laughed, taking another tennis ball and hitting it over to him. It somehow ended up hitting him in the head, increasing the laughter at our court. Our coach blew his whistle at us, telling us to get back to practicing. We did so, considering that he already had his hands full with the girls team. I continuously hit tennis balls over to Chris, who wanted to improve on something. Then a familiar obnoxious squeal came from my right. Ugh, I thought I wouldn't have to deal with her again.

"Jordan, come here!" she called for me, waving her hands back and forth. I looked back at my friends, who were trying to contain their laughter. They dislike Kenzie just as much as I do. So whenever I get called over by her, it's the funniest thing in the world.

"What, Kenzie." I said tartly. Surprisingly, she wasn't giggling or doing her usual antics. It felt refreshing. It was replaced by an impatient look on her face, and her hands clenched tightly around her racket.

"You should know what, Jordan." she replied, sounding angry and irritated. What, like I'm supposed to know what's bugging her. I'm not a mind reader, Kenzie. I gave her a dumbfounded look. She groaned, flaring her nostrils.

"You! And Ericka. Together." she could barely even contain herself from screaming. Even then, some of her teammates turned around to see the commotion. I laughed at her response. That's what's bugging her? She can't wrap get mind around the fact that I don't like her, and Ericka and I mutually like each other? Typical Kenzie.

"Yeah, were together. I don't think that should be a problem, Kenzie." I said. "I'm pretty sure I've said more than once I don't like you the way you want me to." my reply enraged Kenzie even more, her grip on the racket tightened.

"You're settling for a mentally unstable girl? Seriously, you could get any girl you want, why not choose a normal one. Like me." she said. I rolled my eyes. How dare she say that. I turned around a little bit to face her.

"Normal is boring. I think that if you can't stand the fact that Ericka and I are together, even though I've told you many times I don't like you.. I think after all that, you're the one who is mentally unstable, Kenzie." I retorted. "Now if you'll excuse me, I want to continue to practice with my teammates." I said, leaving her standing as I walked away and returned to my court.

"How'd that go?" Chris asked me once I came back. I chuckled.

"I think I've gotten rid of her for good." I replied.

Ericka's POV

"So Kenzie just... Texted you this?" Lorraine asked me for the millionth time. I nodded, breathing in an out to keep myself calm. I told Lorraine about Kenzie's text, even showed her. This made Lorraines hatred for Kenzie grow even stronger. It' was like adding fuel to the flames, by telling her.

"I'm going to murder this girl, I swear." she muttered. "If she even comes near you..." I stopped her, smiling.

"Thanks, Lorraine. Lets get back to work, we shouldn't stress out over some selfish bitch." my insult towards Kenzie made Lorraine smile. She walked back over to her desk, and I took out my geometry homework. I wish Cotton would stop giving us so much homework. This guy keeps babying me and treating me like trash compared to the other students. Probably because I don't understand geometry, but I don't lie him either way.

"Ugh, this geometry stuff is killing me." I complained. Lorraine chuckled.

"I'd help you, but I didn't exactly learn that last year."

"I'll ask Jordan tomorrow I guess." I said. The word 'Jordan' all of a sudden made Lorraine talk even more. At least it was a topic I enjoyed talking about.

"Hows it going between you two, anyways?" she asked. I rolled my eyes, tossing a Skittle at her. It somehow missed her mouth and got caught in her nostril, causing for us to erupt with laughter. "Okay, anyways, hows is it?"

"Well, he's a sweet guy, as you know. Were just taking things slow. It's only been three days." I explained. "Hows it going with Zack?" Lorraine blushed a little.

"I have so many Zack moments during the day, I can't even." she sighed. Not like a sad sigh, but a lovey dovey one. She likes him, I can tell, even if she hasn't said the words yet.

"And how about the Kristin and Julia and Josh triangle?" I asked.

"Eh, still the same. Josh is an oblivious little shit. Kristin's trying to get him to notice her, with no avail. Julia is just being patient. It's complicated with them. If Josh didn't have a skull as thick as a brick, it would be easier." I laughed at her comment. It was true, Josh was the most oblivious person.

"Oh, Kristin." I sighed.

"This guy named Louis really likes her though. But she won't notice him, since she's infatuated with Josh." Lorraine informed me.

"She'll see him, once she realizies Josh isn't the person for her." I said. Lorraine agreed with me.

"You haven't described any Zack moments though." I brought up the Zack stuff again. Lorraine did another one of those sighs. She was probably trying to avoid the topic, knowing her.

"So were doing this project designing a website. And as you know, I'm a famous Tumblr blogger." she casually did a hairflip, emphasising on famous. She had over ten thousand followers, I'm pretty sure on Tumblr, that's famous. "So I helped him design it. His looked all sloppy, I was like all website makeover extreme all up on that website." we both chuckled. "And then he got his grade back, 96%! He hugged me and thanked me. It was perfect. How'd that song you had to play with Jordan go, by the way?" oh yeah, I barely gave her any details on that.

"Well, for your information, it currently has the privilege of being Jordan and I's song. And, it went well. He was mad at me at first, because I was about to do that thing where I push him away." I paused, then smiled a bit. "I sang, to make it up to him. Because the night before, he sort of told me to sing and I told him I was scared." I said. "And also, on that night, we kind of kissed." my voice was hushed on the last sentence. But that didn't stop Lorraine from hearing.

"OH MY GOD SERIOUSLY?" she squealed. "Ugh, jealous. You two are cute together." she said happily. We then returned to our work. Well, I didn't exactly return to my work. I ended up texting Jordan once he was done with practice. I haven't told him about the Kenzie text. He doesn't really need to know, anyways.
