Ericka's POV October 3rd

"So you play it like this?" I asked Jordan again, just to double check. He chucked and nodded. He then took my hand and placed my fingers to form a B minor, in an easier version. I had a hard time playing a bar chord. My fingers would trip up on the chords and would make this funky noise. Jordan's been teaching me alternatives all week. Still not telling him about the Kenzie stuff, but lets not get onto that topic, shall we?

"Hey so since it's Thursday, I thought we could have another homework date." I suggested. Jordan grinned a little. I think he was liking my idea, too. Maybe because we'd be spending more time together, or since last Thusday, we had a homework date and ended up kissing.

"Sure, why not?" he replied. "But where would we go after school?" I didn't want to go to his house again, I feel like if I kept coming around, I'd be a bother. That's when my house popped into mind. I just cleaned it, nobody is home half the time. Jordan and I could just hang out. My parents wouldn't have to know Jordan was there. Or worse, find out were dating. I wish I could just tell them, but they don't want me dating or anything until they think I'm completely over the events that occured with my Uncle. I think that time is now, If Jordan can break through to me and I don't mind him touching me. Or kissing me.

"My place." I offered. Jordan agreed, and we continued to work on the bar chords. A few minutes later, we packed our guitars and walked to lunch. I agreed to sit with him and his friends today for lunch, and he said he'd sit with mine tomorrow. Before I sat down, I told my friend Jaime what was going on. She smiled, and told me she'd tell everyone else. I then walked around to the table that Jordan sits at, sitting down right next to him. His friend, Chris, sat down on the other side of Jordan and greeted me. I was feeling comfortable, since I already knew Chris and Jordan. I'd be fine the rest of the time I sat here. Two more guys showed up before the bell rang. Jordan introduced them as Sam and David. I shyly greeted them. The rest of the lunch period consisted of my friends texting me how it was going, even though I was literally a table away from them. It also consisted of a very heated debate between Sam and Chris, over tennis.

"I just don't think Greg should play our next game." Sam muttered, taking another bite from his sandwich. Jordan leaned over and whipsered into my ear.

"It's about this kid Greg. Our coach wants him to play this next game, but Sam heard that his parents bribed coach." he informed me. I nodded, listening in to the conversation. To be honest, it was a lot more interesting than most people would think.

"He's literally our worst guy. Does coach seriously want to blow our winning streak for a couple bucks?" Chris said. It was true, though. Him, Jordan and another guy have been winning the games constantly. It would be a shame to lost the winning streak.

"Couldn't you guys just help him out? Like, train him I guess." I suggested. "I mean, if he somehow got onto the Varsity tennis team, he's got to have something, right?"

"If by something you mean, money. Than sure, he has 'something'." Sam replied to me. "But we could always shape him up, so we'd at least stand a chance."

"At least this week, were against Cityside." Jordan added in, causing for everyone to laugh, including me. Cityside sucks. Lorraine always tells me this.

"Trust me, even this Greg could beat Cityside." I said. "They play like a bunch of apes." I caused an uproar of laughter with that comment. I ended up laughing along with them.

"She has a friend that goes to Cityside." Jordan clairfied. Everybody nodded. You know, I was actually starting to like these guys. They were funny, and knew how to have a good conversation. They cracked jokes that were hilarious, I wouldn't mind sitting here again.
