I felt as if my heart would jump out of my cheast any minute and I wouldn't notice because all I could focus on was how close Christopher was to me.

The only thing I could smell was his scent that kept luring me in, I smelt a cologne, pine, and a hint of mint and your probably wondering how that all went together but it did and my mind couldn't think straight.

A flow of heat went from where Christopher was touching me and spread throughout my body, I didn't know how a simple touch can make my whole body feel as if it was on fire.

My fear was long forgotten and now the only thing I could think about is how crazy my body was reacting to his touch.

I slowly lifted my head and a small gasp left my mouth as my full brown eyes glimpsed into his deep blue eyes. His eyes looked like ocean waves hitting each other and up close his eyes weren't bright but a dark thundering blue that I could easily get lost in.

I hadn't noticed but his hand had left my wrist and was slowly coming up and out of reflex I closed my eyes thinking that he would hit me or try something.

But as I felt a tingling sensation on my cheek I steadily opened my eyes to see that he was caressing my cheek and almost immediately my whole face started to burn up. It was times like this that I felt happy about having a dark skin color.

His hand started traveling down my face and stopped at my chin. The hand on my back put pressure on me which forced me to get closer to him then I was and all of a sudden I could no longer breath.

I was looking down before I felt my chin being lifted up and I found myself staring into his deep blue eyes once again.

Before I could stutter out even a word he said something that had my heart beating wildly.

" I would never hurt you "

As I sat down on one of the bleachers I couldn't help but think about how my heart wouldn't calm down. It's like every time I'm in the presence of Christopher my heart went into overdrive, just thinking about him touching me brought tingles all over my body and I couldn't help but think about Christopher literally every second of every day.

It was almost like he was a drug to me that gave me this high that no one or anything else would ever be able to provide for me but at the same time it scared me how much I had fallen in love with him in just a short amount of time.

" Is that a smile I see on your face?! "

I was pulled out of my thoughts as I heard a voice to the side of me. I slightly turned my head to the side and I saw one of Christopher's friends who was also in the football team. Jake was a nice looking guy, he was definitely not ugly according to half of the female population.

He had blonde hair and green eyes which would turn brown every once in awhile.

" What are you smiling so hard about" he asked again noticing that I had ignored him.
The smile that I hadn't noticed I had on my face slowly started to slip off my face.

" Awh come on now you look much better with a smile on your face " Jake said continue with his joking but by now a bunch of other football players had gathered behind him to hear him say that "compliment".
