Chapter 28

Leia's POV

I went to school with my mom and I didnt want to come to school and when I got there I walked in and just went into the classroom.

"Hey Leia long time since you have been here." Nigel says to me.

"Well when a psycho is trying to kill you, you tend to miss school." I say.

"So how are your parents?" He asks.

"Fine. Busy, worried about me." I say.

"Anyway without you here people and by that I mean Lexi has been talking shit." He says.

"About what this time?" I ask.

"That your repeated your parents mistake." He says.

"Well she is stupid." I say.

"After school we should hang." He says.

"Cant I have to meet up with my dad and the band to discuss things about the man after me." I tell him.

"Well cant I...." He says.

"No you cant come." I say.

Killian's POV

It was an accident the breaks were out. Thats Albert's excuses and it turned out his breaks were indeed cut.

"So your letting him go?" I ask.

"Yeah we are. He breaks were cut therefore it was an accident and Elsa isnt pressing charges. So he walks free." Graham says.

"This is pure bullshit. Swan, you cant possibly let him go. What about Leia's safty?" I ask.

"Killian theres no proof he was after Leia, we cant charge him with anything. He insurance will pay Elsa's hospital bills and thats that." Emma says.

"This is stupid. If you all cant protect Leia then I have to do it myself." I say.

"Killian you cant just beat up Albert Spencer for nothing." Emma says.

"Watch me." I say walking out.

"See Emma I told you Killian has a temper and that can endanger you and Leia." I heard Graham say.

I was about to turn around when Liam stopper me.

"Walk away Killian." He says.

"He cant say that stuff about me." I say.

"Yes that is true, but dont start a scene. Now come on Leia is waiting for us." He says.

"Okay." I say.

We got on the bus and went over to Leia's school. She rushed right on and sat down.

"Leia we have bad news." Liam says.

"Albert Spencer had and excuse?" She asks.

"Yeah. They wont keep him locked up and your mother doesnt seem to care about how he is playing her. She just goes off of facts. Anyway Leia we wont leave you. We are going to keep you safe." I tell her.

"Good because Albert Spencer is outside my house." She says.

We all looked out the window. He saw us and had a devious smile on his face.

"You all stay here. I'll be back." I tell them and walked off.

"Killian. Its nice to see you I was coming by to talk to that lovely daughter of yours." He says.

"Listen we know you tried to hurt Leia and cut your own breaks before anyone could check out your car. Im not stupid and we will protect Leia at all cost. You wont hurt her ever understand." I say.

"Who says its Leia Im after." He says.

"Your after us arnt you?" I ask.

"Not you or the band. Im more thinking that Blonde Sheriff. Shes were you and Leia keep your strength. Goodbye Killian." He says walking away.

He is after Emma I cant let him hurt her for Leia's sake not mine. I dont love Emma. Psssh no. She is just my friend, my buddy, the mother of my kid. Yeah I dont love Emma. As a friend I do, but nothing more.
