Chapter 39

Emma's POV

Today was Thanksgiving and thanks to Leia I have to spend it with Killian and Graham hates it. Leia was in the kitchen with my mom starting on the dinner and Graham came in.

"Hello beautiful." He says kissing my cheek.

"Hey. Im glad you came." I say.

"I cant believe we have to do this. Why do we have to spend today with Killian?" He asks.

"Because its what Leia wants and I cant let her down." I say.

"Yeah I guess I just really wish Killian wasnt in her life." He says.

"Yeah me too. Though Leia need her dad. I just wish he would go." I say.

"Well the truth is revealed." Killian says from behind.

"Now. Everyone stop Leia is right there." Liam says.

"Hey whats going on?" Leia asks.

"Nothing just getting along." I say.

"Thats nice." She says and walked back to the kitchen.

"Okay all of you no fighting. No one bring the past up. Just lets get through this please." Liam says.

"Okay." I say.

"Got that Killian." Graham says.

"What was that?" Killian questions getting in Graham's face.

"Killian no." Liam says pulling Killian away.

Everyone showed up and Leia and my mom still cooking. I walked into the kitchen.

"Hey Em, I have to go help Archie with his dish he made. Will you make the pie?" My mom asks me.

"Sure I'll help." I say.

After my mom left Leia was still working on the other food.

"Umm mom I have to use the bathroom." Leia says.

"Okay. I'll stay here." I say.

She left the kitchen and Graham walked in.

"I hate him." He says pointing at Killian.

"Can I ask why?" I ask.

"Killian Jones and I have never gotten along." He says.

"I never knew why." I say.

"Killian thinks he is prefect and its annoying." He says.

"Im am prefect and your stupid." Killian says.

"You wanna fight Jones?" Graham asks.

"Emma teach your boyfriend some manners." Hades says.

"Shut up Hades." Zelena says.

Then the fighting got out of hand everyone yelling and fighting.

"I knew it. My friend was right you all have been fighting. You all have been lying at me." Leia says to us.

"Oh Leia we arnt fighting we are talking loudly." I say.

"All of you out of the kitchen and leave me alone." Leia says.

She was mad at all of us. Afterwards Leia doesnt want to talk to us. My mom came back and the food was done and Leia was still mad and she took over the pie making. My mom severed us food and things were tense.

"Okay what happened when I was?" My mom asks.

"They all were fighting." Leia says.

"About what this time? Like why Killian left with no goodbye or maybe why Emma didnt tell him?" I ask.

"Mom!" I say.

Afterward Graham went to work and everyone left. Killian was still here trying to apologize to Leia. I was in my room and my door was open.

"Umm Swan, Im sorry." Killian says.

"Yeah me too. Im sorry about earlier." I say.

"No I meant about leaving without a goodbye." He says.

"Killian.." I say.

"I didnt say goodbye because I couldnt. I couldnt look you in the eyes and tell you goodbye. I knew if I did I would be crushed and wouldnt want to leave at all. I knew I could have, but if I saw you cry it would kill me. So Im sorry." He says to me.

"I didnt tell you..." I say.

"No dont." He says.

"I didnt tell you why because I knew you would stay with me and give up your dreams and I couldnt do that to you." I say to him.

"Emma.." He softly.

"Killian.." I say to him.

Out of nowhere our lips met and I didnt fight it. We continued to kiss and we got off my bed not breaking the kiss. We shut the door and locked it and when then back to my bed we went.
