Chapter 6

Ariana's P.O.V.

"Tonight, I want you all to type a ten page essay on the Henderson Family case that happened in 2007. Don't bother turning it in tomorrow if there are writing errors and wrong information from the case"Professor Collins tells the whole auditorium of students, eager to just leave.

"Have a good day, you are dismissed"He says and students begin to quickly file out. I pack up my stuff and also rush out of the auditorium, not wanting to be the last student left in the class. I want to take this course so I have to try and avoid Professor Collins before and after class.

I haven't told Justin about what happened last week and I don't plan to. I don't want any problems. All I want to do is pass this class. I'm willing to keep quiet about what happened with the professor as long as he doesn't bother me anymore.

"Ariana!"I hear Paige's voice and turn to see her heading towards me. "Guess what just happened?"She asks, a huge smile plastered on her face.

"What happened?"I ask her. "Noah just asked me out!"She squeals and begins to jump up and down. "Really?"I widen my eyes and she nods. "Angela must have talked to him for me"She says and I roll my eyes at the mention of Angela's name. "What did he say when he asked you out?"I ask her, quickly changing the conversation away from Angela.

"He sat next to me during my English class. We made small talk and laughed the whole time. Before class ended, he asked for my number and than asked me out on a movie date tonight"She explains. "I'm so happy for you"I tell her as we make our way to her car.

"I need a new outfit, let's go to the mall"She says and I nod in agreement. We get in her car and she drives away from the campus.

"Let me just call Angela and thank her for telling Noah about me"She says and grabs her phone. I sigh as she dials her number.

"Hey Angela"Paige greets her as soon as Angela picks up the phone. "I called to thank you for hooking me up with Noah. We're going on a date tonight and that wouldn't have happened if you didn't talk to Noah for me"She says.

I'm sure Noah would have eventually talked to Paige, she's beautiful. She didn't need help getting Noah to notice her. Especially not Angela's help.

Paige is on the phone with Angela the rest of the way to the mall. Angela gives Paige tips and facts about Noah to help her on her date tonight. I know Angela is his cousin and knows a lot more about him than I do, but I'm Paige's best friend. I'm supposed to be the one giving her tips for tonight.

"Thank you for everything Angela. Your the best. I'll make sure to call and let you know how the date goes"Paige tells Angela before finally hanging up.

"Angela's really sweet. I'm sad I didn't meet her sooner"Paige says as we get out of the car. "I'm sad I did meet her"I mumble.

"What?"Paige asks. "Nothing, let's just head inside and find you an outfit"I smile. We both walk in and head straight to Paige's favorite store, Charlotte Russe.

"Alright, what are you looking for? Trendy and hot or hipster and cute?"I ask Paige. "Hipster and Cute"She says and I nod as I start to look through the clothing racks.

It takes me fifteen minutes to put together an outfit. I ask Paige how she likes the clothing pieces I put together and she gasps.

"You are amazing when it comes to fashion"She tells me and grabs the clothing from my hands. "Im gonna go try this on"She says and heads to the fitting rooms.

I wait for her outside while she gets dressed inside one of the dressing room stalls.

"I really want this date to be perfect. Your relationship with Justin is the most strongest and loving relationship I've ever known. I want to experience love like you and Justin have. Any advice you can give me for tonight?"Paige asks me as I stand outside her dressing room. I smile, happy that my relationship with Justin inspires her.
