Friendship - Sapphire

Sirius had locked us in the room. It was Dolly, Izzy, Raven's two friends, Raven and myself. I sighed, my hair still dark blue . Raven saw this and her face fell.

"Sapphire..."

"Don't talk to her!" Dolly jumped up and shouted "You've ignored her for days and new you just expect to talk to her!"

"Dolly!" Izzy scolded her and sighed. She turned to Raven "Sorry, she gets protectvie of her friends" Raven chuckled

"Just what I would expect. She is a Hufflepuff"

"What did you say about Hufflepuff!" Dolly yelled and went to jump on Raven, but Izzy grabbed the back of her robe. I giggled and my hair turned lighter. Raven's friends, Donna and Bella, where very confused. Izzy sighed

"I think it's best if we go, before Dolly ends up hurting herself"

"We'll go too" Bella said

"You two should talk without us here annoying you" Donna agreed . They all stood up

"But Sirius locked the door" Raven pointed out. I rolled my eyes. I walked over to the door and pointed my wand at the lock

"Alohamora". The lock clicked and I opened the door. Izzy dragged out Dolly, who was still shouting and complaining. Bella, Donna and Raven where all gobsmacked

"How did you do that!" Donna asked. I giggled

"Childsplay" I told them. Donna and Bella left, It was just me and Raven.

"I see your good at charms" she said, trying to defuse the awkwardness

"Well, you're an expect at Defence Againt the Dark Arts..." I said. I trailed off, my hair turning blue again

"Sapphire, what's wrong"

"I'm fine" I told her, but she rolled her eyes

"Ok 1. You a metemorphmagus, you can't hide your feelings, your hair and eyes show it, and 2. Why would Sirius lock us in a room because you where upset with me"

"I'm not upset with you" I said instantly "I'm just sad you're avoiding me..."

"I wanted to give you a bit of space after the accident" My hair turned red

"And you could have at least came up and said hi!" I yelled. Raven flinched. She had only seen me angry once before, when I thought she was the snitch. It wasn't often I got angry so when I did, I blew up "You had me freaking worried sick that you where angry at me because I thought you snitched. I thought you hated me for it and that you didn't want to be my friend!". I began breathing heavily before calming down, my red hair fading into light pink. I was embarassed that I had shouted at her. Raven came over and placed a hand on my shoulder

"Calmed down now?" I nodded

"Look i'm sorry for avoiding you ok..." Raven sighed and said uncomfortably "I have my own problem to deal with" I slapped her shoulder as my hair tinted red, but also turned dark pink with worry "Why didn't you tell me that in the first place! I wouldn't have gone crazy!" Raven just chuckled. She then looked at the ground

"I'm not gonna tell you what it is" she stated

"I wasn't expecting you too" I shrugged. "It's your problem. If you want to tell me you can, but otherwise I'll respect your privacy, she smiled

"Thanks Sapphire" She said

"Friends?" I asked, my hair turning yellow again

"Friends" she nodded. I squealed and jumped on her, giving her a hug. She began to squirm "No hugs! Please!" I giggled as I realesed her. She chuckled "By the way, you need to teach me that sticking charm"

"Only if you teach me something about Defence Against the Dark Arts" I smirked. She rolled her eyes

"Fine"

As we walked out of the room Jackie and Aaron ran up to us

"Sapphire we've been looking all over for you". Jackie said. Raven growled

"What you are doing here Surola?" Jackie glared

"Being a good friend to Sapphire, which is more than you have been doing for the past few weeks" Raven walked up to Jackie

"I dare you to say that again" she said threatiningly. I jumped in between them

"Stop it!" Do you want to get detention for fighting in the hallways. They just glared at each other and I sighed. It was gonna be a long time before they could be friends. Aaron introduced himself to Raven, saying he'd seen her around the Slytherin common room. I smiled. At least they where getting on. Soon the bell rang and it was time to go to class. I smiled as we all walked to class together. I could tell the four of us where going to be the best of friends
