Nothing more had happened after that. The months rolled by and soon enough we were at Christmas time, me and Sapphire were still pretty close, the boys were still helping me with my werewolf form which has gone extremely well. I was sitting with Bella in the great hall playing wizards chess when Sapphire strolled in dragging a suitcaae behind her
"Hey Sapph" she smiled "Hey Raven" Bella focused in concentration "Knight to E5" the knight moved forward a few spaces, I smirked "Queen to E5" the queen moved and struck down the knight "dammit" I chuckled "you're getting good Bell" I turned my attention to Sapphire "guess you're going home?" She nodded "yeah, my family is dying to see me" I nodded and looked down "I haven't recieved a single letter from any of my family...I know my brother has but I haven't" she looked around "where is your brother any way?" I shrugged "going back home I guess" Bella stood up "I better go...I'll write to you" I nodded "see ya" they both left the hall leaving me alone. I picked up the chess set and walked through the grounds to the astronomy tower, I leaned on the railing and watched the scene unfold. Snow began to gently fall to the ground and land on the bare branches coating them in a thick white blanket
"Hello Raven" I turned around and saw Sirius "hey Sirius" he walked over and leaned on the railing beside me "when's the next full moon?" I sighed "Christmas night" she rubbed the back of his head "damn...listen we'll still be around for Christmas so we can still help you" I looked at him "I appreciate the offer but I want to try tonight on my own...after all you guys won't be around forever" he nodded in understanding "I understand...i'll tell the others and Raven?" I looked at him "yeah?" "Your brother spoke to me before he left...he said that he wishes you a merry christmas and will write to you" I smirked "thought you hated Slytherin's?" He began to walk away "I do but you and Bella are alright" "and my brother?" "He's your brother...I still hate him" I laughed as he left the tower, I heard the train whistle and watched as it set off taking students back to their homes. I was alone now, all my friends had left me for the break. Guess i'l have to find another way to preoccupy my time. I turned around and walked back to my common room.
