I hung my dress and shoes in my closet, and hung my mask on my bed post. I sat down next to Lucy, who was reading the school newspaper.
"OH MY GOSH!" She yelled. I looked at the cover of the article. It was called "Bad Break-Up Between the Prince and Princess." there was a picture of Jullian and Mia arguing.
"What's going on?" I asked her.
"Well, apparently Jullian was sick of all of crap that Mia was complaining about and decided to break up with her. It's kinda strange, i mean he and her never had a problem until right now. Maybe he met someone else.."She continued. I shrugged. It wasn't my fault so i just ignored it . My Aunt came bustling into my room with Alice in her arms crying.
"Poppy, i'm really sorry but i have to go and do my night shift at the hospital, could you take care of Alice while i am away? Patrick isn't picking up and i really need some help." She cried. I calmly took the baby bag and Alice.
"I'll take care of the house, you go to work." I said. Mindy smiled and rushed off.
"Awww! What a cute little baby!!!" Lucy squealed, picking up Alice and tickling her chin. Mindy had dressed her in a little pink tutu. So she did looked pretty cute. Alice giggled and laughed as Lucy played with her.
After an hour or so i walked with Lucy and Alice into the kitchen to make dinner. And by that i mean i re-heated mine and Lucy's lunch and gave Alice some baby food. Lucy had a great time feeding Alice. She just adored her. I laughed and laughed at the little baby sounds that Lucy would make at her.
At about 7:30 i gave Alice a bottle and put her to sleep. I gave Lucy some pajama bottoms and a hair tie to put her hair up. We descided to stay up and watch a movie. I popped some popcorn and grabbed a bag of Mike & Ikes and walked to the basement. We turned on "The Duff" and laughed at all the weird things that happen. It ended at about 9:30ish and we were totally exhausted. I gave Lucy a toothbrush and we brushed our teeth and crashed. in my room. Lucy almost immediately fell asleep and started to snore. I laughed lightly and played with Mom's necklace. I will always keep it on. I fell asleep
