[CHAPTER SEVEN]

"You did what?" Brad gasped, almost tipping over the other side of his bed. "You kissed hi-" I interrupted Brad's whaling by placing my hands over his lips, muffling his words.

"Shush!" I hushed him, slightly conscious that my parents were only downstairs talking to Brad's parents about my angelic behaviour.

"Sienna!" He shook, removing my hands.

"It was only a kiss." I huffed, crossing my hands over my chest. "It was a friendly gesture to end a perfect night."

"But you wished it was more..." He paused and thought for a moment. "Passionate?"

"No!" I squeaked, then blinked. "Maybe yes-"

"I can't believe James." Brad tutted. "He said he wouldn't make a move on you, he promised me-"

"Why did he promise you?" I said suspiciously.

"I was anxious about you guys going on a date, i didn't want James to use his charms to take advantage of you." Brad rambled, rolling his eyes. "Did I do the wrong thing?"

"It's kind that you thought that way but I'm quite capable of looking after myself considering I'm eighteen." I shrugged, allowing my shoulder to slump forwards.

"I don't want you making the mistake I did when I saw Arabella's mum." He heavily sighed, shuffling over towards Arabella who was grizzling in her cot. "But then again, if I didn't I wouldn't have this little girl."

"Sometimes mistakes aren't always bad ones." I reminded Brad as I laid my hand on his shoulder to peer over at Arabella. Suddenly, the converstation I had with James last night about Arabella's mum came to mind and I was intrigued to ask more questions about her to Brad.

"What was she like?" I asked delicately to Brad as he pulled random faces at Arabella.

"Who?" He asked cluelessly then clicked. "Arabella's mum?"

"Mmh." I confirmed.

"She was extremely pretty, she has long blonde hair and deep sea blue eyes similar to Arabella's. She had an petite frame and took insanely good care of her health, she always seemed to be eating healthy and working out."

"Did you like her?" I felt myself asking, not being able to contain my words.

"Of course I do, she's Arabella's mum.
I'm not going to dislike the mother of my own child." He snapped suddenly causing me to feel tense. "But if you mean like as liking someone who you picture the rest of your life with, then yes despite the boys concerns and only knowing her for a short amount of time." He explained slowly. "I always wonder if we didn't jump in bed with each other the moment we laid eyes then we could be together as a proper couple-"

"If she walked back into your life right now, would you suggest that idea? A family of three?"

"She's in the past now." He shook his head to disagree. "I'm looking forward to spending my future with Arabella and maybe another girl if the right person has walked."
