[CHAPTER THIRTY TWO]

"Are you sure you've done it correctly?" I questioned Brad as I stared at the picture on the instructions sheet before titling my head as I gazed at the tent he set up.

"Absolutely positive." He puffed out, wiping the dust off his jeans.

"I'm not too sure." I admitted truthfully before looking over at the tent James and Tristan had set up successfully. "I think we should do it again." I suggested, walking up to the thing he just assembled.

"Let me see them again, I'll get it right the second time." He assured me, reaching for the instructions once again.

"When you said accommodation was included, I was thinking about a hotel not a tent in the middle of an extremely muddy field."

"Blame Tristan, if he didn't forget to book the hotel then we wouldn't be in the mess." Brad sighed in frustration as Tristan started to mumble some excuse of wanting a last minute deal.

"Let's just hope none of the fans find out we're sleeping in tents." Connor added wisely, biting at his lower lip.

"Can't we bunk up with Joe in his hotel room?" James whined whilst he attempted to help Brad build another tent.

"How are we supposed to fit five people into a single room?" Brad questioned in a 'duh' tone.

"It's only for one night, we'll survive." Tristan reassured us with a nod. "All these other people are camping."

"I don't think I'll feel too comfortable knowing anyone can unzip the tent and join me in bed." I expressed anxiously as Brad smirked slightly.

"There will be only one person in your tent." Connor blurted out laughing, pointing in the direction of Brad.

"Grow up!" Brad hissed in embarrassment.

"Just teasing." Connor defended himself as Brad stabbed the metal stocks in the soil stabilising them with a few rocks whilst James and Tristan chuckled. He looked up at me and lifted a brow mouthing 'should we tell them?'

I dropped on the space next to him with a heavy sigh.

"I think they know." I whispered. "If they don't they probably realise sooner rather than later."

"I'm too much of a coward anyway to tell." He laughed bitterly.

"They're your best friends though?" He looked away from what he was doing and dropped the rock he was holding.

"They want best for me and I always pick out my faults." Taking a deep inhale, I closed my eyes and allowed the tension to leave my body. "For once, I've done the right thing without their assistance." Exhaling, I opened my eyes and smiled. I pushed  myself up and dusted off my shorts.

"Come on." I said, plastering a grin. "We have to fix this up before the festival starts, do you want to miss you slot on stage?"

"Of course no!" Connor yelled as Brad rose to his feet and fluttered the instructions in front of my face.

"Let's do this then!" Tristan cheered throwing the tools down to the ground.
