Hi guys! Gh0stwr1t3r here,
So I updated soo long ago, but don't you worry. I have been pretty productive, though. I wrote three poems in the last week. But don't let me waste your time by telling you about it. Here's the chapter. Enjoy!

Gh0stwr1t3r out!
I sneaked onto a train. I didn't know where exactly I was going, but anywhere was better than here.
News papers were scattered all around the floor and there were almost no people on the train. The leather chairs were ripped and stuffing showed. Spray paint formed curse words on the walls and I think I saw a knife sticking out of the floor.
So, I made myself at home with a newspaper on my lap. It was from last month, but it was better than nothing. I couldn't quite read it, either. Remember I'm dyslexic and ADHD. So, soon, I was swinging around in the train, using the roof handles as monkey bars.
Don't judge me! If you were alone on a train and bored out of your mind, you would do the same!
About fifteen minutes later, the train stopped at the platform and, because I got bored with my 'make believe monkey bars',I got off.
It was pretty dark at the platform. It must've been near midnight by now. Yet, there were still dozens of people trying to get in.
I hurried out of the station and into the streets. The stars above me shined brightly, but the odour of gas and pollution still hung in the air.
It wasn't a very nice city.
Muggers ran around, stealing women's purses, beating the crap out of some of the civilians. It wouldn't surprise me if there were drug dealers and murderers here too.
I tried not to pay attention to them, though. I wouldn't want anybody to attack.
I jinxed it, didn't I?
'Why ask that?' You say.
Because the moment I thought of it, three muggers came out of nowhere. They were big and buff and, to be honest, kind of intimidating.
So, I did what any stupid teenager would do.
I ran for dear life.
And I tried to struggle when they caught up to me and grabbed me by the hood, lifting me off the ground.
I kicked the air and tried to slip out, but, they had a firm grip on me and they began walking to an alleyway.
Finally, I gave up and let my legs hang loosely in the air, crossing my arms and giving the worst glare I could give to them.
But nobody seemed to notice it. They didn't look at me.
Eventually, they sent me sprawling on the ground. My chin hit the cement. Hard. I could feel the blood beginning to run down my neck and over my collarbone.
I whipped my head around with a scowl and said one word.
"Why?"
One of the big thugs shrugged. "This is your first time here, ain't it?"
I looked at him confusedly. "How did you-"
One of his pals grinned. "We know all the people in this city. You ain't one of them. When new people come to this city, it is our job to give them a welcome party."
"I'm just passing through." I protested as the last one cracked his knuckles.
"But it's your first time her, Isn't it?" The first one asked.
"Well, yeah, but-"
"Then you get a welcome party."
The one who hasn't spoken yet, cracked his knuckles and stepped forward, drawing his fist back.
"Welcome to Gotham." He said, and his fist and my cheekbone connected.
