It's been about four days. We've been flying on Appa as fast as we possibly can so that we can get to the North Pole as fast as possible considering that I'm dying right now . Everybody is a bit worried that i'll die before we're able to make it.

I don't mind though, well, actually I do, but my main mission right now is to recue Katara and get back home. Without her the gang has been a mess . We've been so disoriented and considering that I'm about to die soon from the whole soul not being my own soul thing it's pretty scary for everyone. Including my brother.

But I'm trying the best I can to not show everybody that I'm freaking out on the inside. If I did that'd only make things worse. So now we're flying on Appa to get to the northern pole because that's where I saw it in a vision that is where Zuko and Katara are headed.

I just hope we can make it there in time. I don't really know what they're there for. maybe it's because they think we're going there? no matter what the reason is we're going to get her back. She's important to a lot of people including me. We couldn't really function without her at all.

I really do miss her screaming and yelling at us to clean up, or gathering nuts and fruits for supper, or just being goofy with her brother. But I shouldn't be complaining so much. I think Sokka misses her more.

But four days in a row, almost no stopping is a lot. What? A girl's gotta do her business somewhere and I can't be doing it midair!

Besides that fact, I've been spending most of the time using my bending and practicing. Air? Check. Water? Got it down. Fire? Pretty good at it. Earth? Could use some work.

I don't know why Aang is taking so much time to master bending. I mean, for its like I was born to do it. Wait...I guess I actually was. Hmm...

When I practice I've been doing it in secret because Sang says bending is getting my soul and making the Avatar soul grow stronger.

At night when they are all asleep and Appa is floating on the water, I practice my waterbending. Other than my air, I think I've got it covered!

The stars reflecting off the water at nught, and an endless horizon ahead of me. I feel like I could make a ball of water, and a piece of the galaxy is stuck inside, waiting for me to explore it.

At day I work on my fire so the light doesn't shine at night. It's harder, but it's good for me.

But today is the day we reach the north pole. Appa is too tired to fly so we are just floating along, and he swims us forward.

We were passing by a rather large looking iceberg when two boats suddenly popped out from both sides.

The fire in my hands diminished into nothing and Aang held the reigns tighter. Sokka was alseep.

From the looks of it they were waterbenders.

"Aang look at there clothes! I think we are close!"

All of a sudden they threw two nets over appa, trapping us in place. Aang jerked the reigns, causing Appa to fly up a little.

The men on the boats started shouting and held the reigns tighter, causing Appa to fall back into the water. Appa groaned in pain. And then I fell.
