Crying right now guys I'm so happy with what feedback I've gotten, and I am saddened by the ending of this book. I hope you all can follow me on our next adventure, thank you....for everything.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Army? Why was there an army? Then it hit me. They were here for the avatar. Zuko and Zhou are here to get us.

My chest constricted and my breathing became shallow. Sokka layed a comforting hand on my shoulder, pulling me close.

The person who had come to warn us was just a regular northern waterbender from the looks of it.

"Kaori we have to get out of here, we can't let them get us!"

"No Sokka, if we run they'll just keep chasing us. We have to fight back."

Sokka was speechless. My entire life I had been running from the enemy...but now, I was going to face them head on.

  "Wha-?!"

"Sokka. It's okay. We'll just have to fight fire with fire."

His eyes looked so sad and full of worry, but I couldn't just let the northern water tribe just be demolished like the south had.

I knew what it was like to lose the people you loved. It hurt you like not even the worst torture could. Pure agony.

But I had no intention of being killed by these people. I'm going to die on my own terms, once I'm ready to do it.

I got up from where I was sitting, and walked up to the tribesman. He was obviously scared.

"Dont worry about your people. My job is to take out the bad guys right?"

He still looked prety shaken up, but calmed a bit. "If you're looking for your friends they're in the garden."

He gave me directions to the "garden" and I grabbed Sokkas hand and started running.

We made it there in no time. It was a huge circular area with arched doorways in four directions.

When we reached the inside I gasped. Inside the garden there was no flowers or bushes. Just grass.

There was no snow or ice at all inside. I took off the light jacket I had thrown on. It was actually warm inside of here!

As I got closer to the inside where the team was, I noticed a small circular pond with a bridge crossing over it.

The scene was pulling me into it as if there was a string attached to me. The pond was glowing softly as I got closer.
