I'm shuffling through my clothes debating on what to wear today and to the funeral. I'm on the phone with Stefan who woke me up early for no reason.
"Hello, Arielle....."
"I'm here, pain in the ass Salvatore." I called from the other side of the room.
"Good, so you think she'll be able to handle hunting."
"To be honest, no. Lena always tends to prove me wrong so, to bloody hell with it." I replied.
"Have faith in your sister."
"I have faith in you, Salvatore. I'll be in the woods as well so if you need help with anything just one zoom away."
"Alright and Elle?"
"Yes, Stef."
"Please don't kill your sister today." I huffed and rolled my eyes playfully.
"For you bestie!" I exclaimed and paused. "Thunder!"
I hear him snicker before coughing to cover it up. I took out my white leather jacket and threw it to the other side.
"Lightning."
"Damn you," I hissed. He laughed and I hung up. I threw my navy blue boyfriend jeans and black halter top with navy blue suede boots. I grab my black leather jacket just in case. My purse easily slides over my shoulders along with my keys and phone.
I slip out of my front door and rushed to the woods. I see Carter doing push ups and he shot me a smile. He propped himself up and I hang my purse on the tree branch. It fell, and I just left it there.
"You sure you want to fight in those tight ass jeans?" He asked. I rolled my eyes and gazed at my jeans.
"They're not that tight," I scream and froze the vervain grenade that nearly exploded in my face. "What the hell, Carter?"
"Best training is when you're caught off guard. You must always have your guard up no matter what." He elaborated. I scoffed at the irony.
"Trust me, I'm familiar with the concept." I muttered. He punched me and I punched him back. He tried to sweep my feet off the ground, but I did an arial causing him to trip over his own foot. I use this to my advantage by wrapping my legs around his neck and flipping him over.
"The princess has a warrior side. Fun." My best friend commented, before tapping out.

I smirked after unwrapping my legs and getting up. I hear Elena gagging and I zoomed towards the noise.
"Hey, are you okay?" I asked rubbing her back. She looked up at me with blood in the corner of her lips. She nodded and I returned it before rushing back to Carter.
He stopped packing up his stuff and gazed at me in concern. "Everything fine?"
I hesitate for a moment. "Yeah, she just had a teeny bit of trouble keeping down a bunny,"
"Those poor animals." Carter retort. I looked at him in agreement.
"I know right, the bunny didn't do anything and they're just taking its blood. What if it had kids or a spouse?" I rant. Carter started laughing and I glared at him.
"Sorry, you just sound like a neurotic infomercial for the homeless pets." Carter snorted. The glare never leaves his face and I rolled my eyes. "Call me tonight, okay. I have to tell you something."
"Alright, bye, C." I grabbed my purse and rushed away.
