I pulled on my jersey, then a pair of simple blue jeans while tucking my feet into a pair of Nike's then placing my hat backwards. Finally I grabbed my keys and headed for the arena, going in the back door and knocking.

"So, I'm not part of the staff so in technically not supposed to be here." I laughed.

Matt laughed, then Ryan tossed the soccer ball at me. I bounced it a few times and then kicked it into the net.

"I just have one little request." I smirked.

"And what is that?" Gabe laughed.

"I've always wanted to get my jersey signed, and a picture." I said quietly.

"You're such a kid." He laughed, spinning me and sighing the back as he handed my phone to Matt and pulled me close.

I smiled then the camera clicked, I took my phone back and slipped it into my pocket backing up for the door.

"Kick ass." I smiled.

--

"Go!" I yelled.

Gabe broke away, the clock ticking down the seconds as everyone raced down the ice. The crack of the stick and the loud buzz of the score bell ringing throughout.

I tossed my hands up and cheered, dancing in one spot and tossing my arms around the nearest person before making my way to the dressing room.

"Congrats!" I smiled, tossing my arms around Gabe's neck. "Fuck you stink."

"Well thanks babe." He laughed, kissing me before unwrapping his arms from my waist.

"Mattie!" I smiled, ruffling his hair.

"Someone is happy." He laughed.

"Well of course, my favourite team won." I laughed.

He shook his head and hit me with a glove as I sat in the chair he deserted, tapping along with the beat of the music.

--

I closed the door behind me, stripping out of my clothes as I walked finally crawling into bed.

I pulled the covers over my head, praying for sleep to take me.

--

There was pounding on the door and I slipped out of bed, bleary eyed and exhausted. I checked the clock and it was one in the morning. I groaned before pulling open the door, Gabe stood behind it.

"I couldn't sleep." He said, bags under his eyes, no shirt, and pajama pants hanging off his hips.

I nodded, grabbed his hand and brought him into my room pulling him into bed with me. I wrapped my arms around his waist and tangled our legs together as he rubbed my back.

"Sleep tight." I mumbled.

--

I woke up to Gabe tracing his finger tips across my bare skin, lips following his finger tips.

"Good morning beautiful." He murmured.

Gabe had moved back a bit, cold air seeping in between our bodies. I shivered and pulled him back, burying my face in his shoulder and moving my hips slightly.

"Don't do that." He gasped.

I ran my thumb across the waist line of his pants and pressed my hips to his as I kissed him slowly. I could feel him, then he moaned, his hands slipping to my hips.

"Good morning." I whispered.

"Fuck Raiyne." He mumbled, holding me close.

"You're gonna be late for practise." I told him.

"You're evil." He laughed.

"You love it." I replied.

He kissed me again before getting up and going to the bathroom, the shower turning on seconds later.

--

"I'm not supposed to be here." I whispered quickly to Gabe.

"Then we will make sure no one, important sees you." He smiled.

I rolled my eyes, following him through the halls and rubbed small circles with my thumb in the palm of his hand. I could feel him shiver and then open the door.

"Raiyne!" Carmin yelled.

"Yo bitch." I laughed as she attacked me.
I
"I found our song." She smirked, plugging in her phone.

I smiled as Shake That by Eminem blasted through the speakers, I stole a stick and spun it passing one to her. She shrugged and smirked, passing it between her hands and pressed play.

"There she goes shakin that ass on the floor, bumping and grinding that pole. The way she's grinding that pole, I think I'm losing control." We sang.

The music played and we danced laughing as we went through the moves, our hips guiding us.

"It's real easy, just follow the beat." Carmin smirked.

I ran my hand through my hair as it fell in my face and moved my body smoothly around the hockey stick in time with Carmin.

"Looking for a couple bitches with double d's." I laughed.

Carmin and I grabbed the sides of our jackets and popped our chests, laughing and moving side to side making our moves jagged.

Gabe POV

Carmin and Raiyne moved smoothly even the jerkiness of their movements ran perfect with the beat, their boots stomping out the rhythm.

"I'm looking for a girl I can fuck in my hummer truck." Matt sang and Raiyne tilted her head back laughing.

"Tonight I want a slut, will you be mine? I heard you were freaky from a friend of mine." He winked.

She laughed, grabbed his hand and pulled him up dancing with him. I choked on my water and she smirked.

"He told me he wants a slut, I hope you don't mind." Raiyne smirked.

The song wound to an end and Raiyne laughed, taking off her jacket and tying the skates she had brought along with a stick.

"Staring isn't nice." She smiled.

"Uh I." I stammered and she shook her head.

--

Raiyne did the sprints with the rest of the team, barely winded as she then stole the puck and shot it into the back of the net. Five times. In a row.

"What else can you do?" I asked.

"Lots, I just don't have any pads." She replied.

--

"Gabe, no!" Raiyne resisted as I pulled her into Hockey Obsession.

"Come on, I'm getting you new gear." I told her.

"No, I want to be normal. I can't afford any of this." She persisted.

"I want to do this ok?" I told her, grabbing her shoulders.

"Fine." Raiyne sighed.

I smirked, brushed my lips over hers and pulled her over to the skates.

--

"Thanks." Raiyne smiled.

"My pleasure beautiful." I replied, opening the door for her.

She laughed and slipped in, saying another thank you and doing up her belt.

"Uhh, can you drop me off at Starbucks quickly. I um, I'm gonna apply." Raiyne mumbled.

"Yeah, sure." I smiled and she sighed relaxing in her seat.

Raiyne POV

I handed in my application to Hockey Obsession as well, the last stop was Starbucks and I was secretly praying not to get the job.

"Wanna stay?" I asked.

"Is that even a question?" Gabe smirked.

"I guess not." I laughed.

--

"Fuck!" I yelled at the TV.

"What?" Gabe asked, jerking awake.

"Sorry, bad call." I laughed.

"You're a goof." Gabe laughed, pulling me to his chest.

"Maybe a little bit." I laughed.

"For sure." He smirked.

I cuddled into his chest, wrapping our legs together as he slipped his hands under my shirt and held me to him. Within seconds he was asleep again and I laughed lightly, trailing my fingertips up and down his arms.

If this was 'normal' it wasn't so bad.
