"I got hired!" I exclaimed as I walked through the dressing room door. "And you may like the place."

The guys looked at me skeptically and I held up the sheet, "Hockey Obssesion!"

I laughed, Matt put me over a shoulder and spun me in a circle, "Way to go."

"Well I gotta go." I commented, ruffling his hair and making my way to the door.

"Raiyne!" Gabe laughed.

"Yo."

He smiled, pulled me to him and pressed his lips to mine.

"Good luck."

--

It was slow, and by slow I mean dead, deserted, empty. I flicked on one of the TV's and Gabe popped up, an interview probably shot minutes earlier.

"God, he's gorgeous." A girl mumbled, sliding in near the cash with me.

"I know right." I laughed, turning the volume up a bit louder.

I cleaned a few things, hung up a few jerseys and walked back up the front as I heard the little bell ring on the door.

"R-Raiyne, uhhhhh." The girl I was working with stammered.

"Yo?" I asked.

"Colorado Avs." She blurted.

Sure enough, Jamie, Gabe, Matt and Ryan stood in the doorway.

"Can I help you?" I asked, raising a brow.

They glanced at eachother, the same interview replaying on the TV behind me and I scrambled for the remote to turn it off.

"My god, he's cuter in person." The girl whispered.

"Trust me, I know." I laughed. "Seriously, what do you boys want?"

"Raiyne!" The girl exclaimed.

"It's cool, I know them." I laughed.

"You know them?" She squeaked.

"I'll go left to right ok. Ryan, Jamie, Matt, and Gabriel." I named, pointing.

"Uh, hi." She said, ducking behind a few racks to sort clothes.

"So how's our favourite reff?" Jamie smirked, taking in my shirt.

"Bored, no one has been coming in lately." I groaned, leaning against the counter.

Gabe laughed and kissed my temple before navigating towards the sticks, then I looked at the other three.

"Lemme guess, shoulder pads, elbow pads and a new helmet?" I smirked.

"Damn, you're good." Matt laughed.

"Let's go."

--

"When does your shift end?" Jamie asked, sliding his card across the counter.

I checked the time, checked out his gear and shoved it all into a bag, "Ten minutes, you boys sticking around?"

Gabe shrugged, "Should we?"

"Fine then don't, I'll call Carmin." I laughed.

"Fine, I guess we'll drive you." He laughed.

"That's what I thought." I said, sticking out my tongue.

I turned the radio up a bit and adjusted a few things, helping a little kid grab a stick showing him how to use it as I passed a ball between my feet, passing the stick to the older brother I'm guessing.

"You're good!" The kid cheered.

"I'm decent." I laughed, ruffling his hair before moving on.

I finally grabbed my jacket, checked out and walked to the front. Gabe wrapped his arms around my waist and spun me in a circle, pulling me out the door. Matt won the race for shot gun so I slid in beside Jamie and Ryan.

"Ugh, you guys are huge." I mumbled, almost on cue they moved so both their shoulders crushed me. "Shit, did you guys bring a jersey the game is in like twenty minutes."

Matt pulled one from under the seat and I undid my belt, pulling my uniform shirt over my head and slipping on the jersey.

"Nice choice." I laughed, a few cars honking as the material covered my stomach. "Eyes on the road!"

Gabe creased his brows and shook his head, "You're gonna kill us, I shoulda drove."

"You would have gotten us into an accident." Jamie laughed.

"Have you died while driving with me?"

"No."

"Then shut up." I laughed.
