A Few Weeks at the Dursleys

I was in my room making sure everything was packed for Mr Weasley's arrival. I started thinking of the past weeks at the Dursleys.

We just got here and Harry & I took our things to his room. Where there was a camping cot set up for me. As I was about to unpack Aunt Petunia called me down. So I went downstairs to find her in the kitchen, Uncle Vernon reading the newspaper and Dudley watching the TV.

Aunt Petunia asked me to help prepare lunch and I agreed. She didn't really help just had something to say about everything I did. Like how wasn't chopping or mixing things correctly.

Then during lunch she was telling me how to use a knife and fork properly. After that she told me I was cleaning the dishes wrongly. I was relieved to finally be allowed to go mine and Harry's room.

Where he laughed at my torture. I ignored him and finished unpacking my trunk. For the rest of the afternoon I study why Harry just sat there.

Aunt Petunia took me shopping and got rid of most of my old clothes. She said a young lady shouldn't be wearing track pants and t-shirts. So she bought me dresses, skirts and blouses to wear instead. I hid my favourite clothes before she could get rid of them.

She even got me three inch heels to wear as girls don't wear sneakers. Aunt Petunia even got me a green prom dress. When was I ever going to wear that I thought.

Our Hogwarts letter came this week and apparently Harry needed dress robes for some reason. So I decided to pack the green dress Aunt Petunia gave me. Just encase I needed it later on in the year, even though it wasn't in my letter.

Aunt Petunia has been making me take ballroom dancing lessons. But still corrected everything I did. Guess What Harry did during these few weeks. He laughed at my own expense.

Harry and I heard a commotion downstairs. So we went into the living room to see want was wrong. We heard Mr Weasleys voice from inside the blocked fireplace. Mr Weasley then told us to stand back and then...
