Chapter 9

"Oh wow" he said to me trying to get a breath. "I didn't know you had feelings like that for me..."

"I honestly don't know"

"Oh well I hope you do, because I definitely do." He pulled his face towards mine, an kissed me again.

How could I do this to Jack? He loves me. I love him...but if I really did, how could I do this to him? "Hoop, I think we should leave." He took my hand in his. "Ok then"

"But we can't be together like this. "

"It's because of Jack isn't it?"

"I'm afraid so"

"I understand... I think." He rubbed his fingers through his hair.

He walked past me and brushed his fingers on my arm. Hoop whispered "Your mine though." In my ear. When He left I just stared out over the kingdom. The sun was setting over the lake. It was beautiful, like always.

I headed downstairs, I was really tired. When I was just about to turn the corner, a gust of wind swept into me, and hit me. Hard. The next thing I knew was that I was pined against the wall. Cold hands griped my wrist, and lips kissed mine.

"Please don't leave me for him."

"Jack I-"

"Please. " I couldn't help it. He was so cute when he was sad. I hurt him. He knew it, I knew it. And I could never do that again.
