Chapter 10

I went to sleep soon after that. Jack slipped into the covers next to me. He was facing the other direction though. I rubbed his back, "baby, I'm sorry. I really am. " He still didn't answer me. "Please talk to me. What do I have to do to make it up to you?" I now started to cry.

I never knew what I had, until I lost it.

I got up, went to the other side of my bed, and knelt down, "Jack?" he turned his head in the other direction. I sighed. I went back to the other side of the bed to lay down, when I got an idea. I remembered that when Jack and I were little he use to hate it when I tickled him.

"Jack," I said seductively, "if you don't talk to me, I will have to tickle you." a faint smile traced on his lips, but still he said nothing. "Fine. You leave me no choice. " I climbed on top of his hips, forcing him to look at me. He now had a devilish look on his face that scared me.

I started to tickle him like crazy. He tried to get out of my grip, and push me off, but I was to strongly forcing myself on top of him. "Stop! STOP!" he yelled. I started to laugh with him. "Are you going to speak to me?"

"Fine. Fine! just stop!"

"Do you love me?"

"Yes! yes!"

"Ok then" I let go of him and slumped over to the other side of the bed.

He was wide eyed and his gaze was fierce. He now had a devilish grin, that sent chills up my spine. "Now your going to get it. "

I decided to go for a fly. Jack promised to never leave my side, just in case, so he came with me. His arm was wrapped around my waist as we headed out. "So love, were would you like to go?" he asked. I giggled in reply, "the pond" I whispered in his ear. My wings spread to their full length, as I dashed out the door laughing and teasing Jack as I went.

We finally reached the pond I had encountered weeks ago. It still looked the same, with snow covered pines, and white frost everywhere. "So are we going for a swim?" he whispered in my neck. "Ya. We are" I laughed at him, in return he kissed my neck.

I started to strip my clothes off. His eyes were filled with lust. "Get away you weirdo! your not going to see me naked anytime soon!" I chucked my pants at him and he fled to a nearby tree.

My feathers covered me up. When I was done, he walked out in only his boxers. My eyes wondered up and down his body. I've never seen him shirtless before. He had a six pack. I think I started to drool. "Baby, you can see me like this anytime you like."

He licked his lips as I rolled my eyes.

"Is it cold?"

"Not at all" I lied. He approached the pool of frosty water. And then I pushed him in. "HELP HELP I can't swim!"

"Your such a liar!" When I least expected it, he grabbed my leg and pulled me in. I couldn't swim away from him because he tightly gripped my arms.

We had fun swimming the whole day. And after, we sat on the snow and watched a beautiful sun, set down onto the mountains. We arrived just in time for dinner. Jack pulled out my chair like the gentleman he is. And we ate like usual.

Except the king's once prized angle was no where in sight.
