Song: No Faith In Brooklyn by Hoodie Allen (acoustic)

"Tadiama." A soft voice from up the staircase said.

"Okaeri, Louis." I said as I finished up my homework.

"Done." I smiled softly.

"Hi (Y/N)-chan. Can I do our hair?" I looked at him and nodded.

"That would be great. Do you want me to get my hairbrush and some other stuff upstairs from my room?"

"I can do it in there... If you want." Louis smiled and I nodded.

"Sure. Let my pack up my homework real quick." I quickly put my papers away in the folders I have then stand up and looked at Louis who was waiting patiently.

"I don't know how you are so patient." I said as we started up the stairs to the elevator.

"It's how I was born." He answered softly.

"I wish I was patient." I said and laughed a little.

Louis smiled at me as the elevator stopped and we started to walk to my room, side by side.

"You haven't been in my room yet, huh? Tsubaki rudely barged in the other day other than that, Ema and Yuusuke are the only others ones that have come in."

Louis shook his head.

"Tsuba-nii means good things... He's just mischievous." I smiled at him.

"He does. Except for when he stole my poster!" I stomped my foot and Louis let out a soft chuckle.

I unlocked my door and we walked in.

The room was pretty plain except for the posters everywhere and manga on shelves that I bought/stole from Tsubaki.

Even though I did have money from my aunt when she died and my parents money, I invested it into college. Besides, most of it was gone from high school and college funds anyway.

I smiled sadly as I put the papers down on my backpack that was sitting on a beanbag.

"Here." I gave him the bag I had of hairpins, a comb, a brush, and hair ties.

"Thank you." He said as I sat down on the floor.

Louis sat on my the bed with me in between his legs and started to work.

"Why didn't you have your hair... in pigtails today?"

"Ah, well, I forgot this morning. I didn't have classes and slept in. Then, my paints and canvases arrived and I was the only one here so I had to get those. After that I did my homework, made lunch, finished my homework and then you came home and here we are."

"Ah. (Y/N)-chan, why have you been...avoiding Iori-kun?"

"Well, I just... Feel guilty about leaving. I still...love him." I looked at my hands that had Tsubaki's pink diamond cardigan sleeves over them.

Yes, I stole his cardigan.

"Confront him...tell him again."

"How do you know I told him?"

"Fuuto-kun told me everything on the letter... He was also sad you left... Even if he didn't say so."

"You know him so well. I wish I could get that close to everyone, especially you and Fuuto."

"Really? Thank you... I wish the same."

"You don't need to say thank you. Anyway, why can you always seem to be able to read me so well?"

"Hmm. I don't know... I can read Ema...too."

"Really? Cool. She's kind of easy to, though, considering the fact she doesn't try to hide her feelings and is always so open. I'm the complete opposite most of the time, though."

Louis hummed before wrapping his arms around my shoulders.

I didn't feel scared when he hugged me and I didn't stiffen up. Instead, I leaned my head back onto his chest and closed my eyes with a smile.

"I'm done..." He muttered in my ear and I nodded.

"Okay. I haven't felt so safe in a while, can we stay like this for a minute more?" I murmured and I could feel him nod.

A knock resonated on my door before it opened and I peeked open my (e/c) eye.

"Hello." I said softly as Ema went to close the door again.

"Excuse me! I'm sorry!" She yelled and I sighed.

"Emaaaaa!" I whined and she looked at me.

"Yes?" Louis let go of me and I opened my other eye, leaning up right.

"What do you need?" I ask Ema as I play with a strand of my hair.

"O-oh! I wanted to know if you wanted to come to the park later with Wataru-chan and I..." I smiled and nodded.

"I'd love to! Thanks for inviting me!" Ema smiled back and waved.

"See you later! I'll come to get you! Bye Louis-san!"

"She still calls you guys with the -san?" I asked after Ema closed the door.

"Yes, she does." Louis said quietly.

I looked in my mirror and smiled softly at my reflection.

My hair was curled simply with my bangs away from my (d/e/c) eye. A purple and blue flower pin held my bangs in place.

"(Y/N)-chan?" I hummed in response.

"Have you always...had heterochromia?"

I looked at him and shook my head.

"No, I haven't."

"Is it related to the scar?"

"Yes, it is."

Louis blinked at me with a soft smile.

"Do you want to tell?" He asked and I smiled.

"Sure. I've had heterochromia since I was little, before I met Iori. It wasn't as bad as it is now. Only a lighter shade of (e/c). After Onee-chan died, I had done nothing and stayed at home. I was really depressed but not super duper depressed. Anyway, after my family had died, I cleaned my wounds and everything. The police came and all that. After, I went to where Onee-chan was killed.

"I collected everything that was hers that I saw. I was surprised the police didn't, honestly. Iori was no where in sight and Onee-chan's body was gone. As I was out there, I was attacked... It was a woman, whom I suppose was drunk. She thought I was someone else and took the bottle she had in her hand and started swinging at me. I dodged as many as I could but then, she broke the bottle. Then, she hit me. As she was hitting me, she staggered forward and the bottle was pushed farther into my forehead. No one was around and no one saw. She cut my forehead open-"

"That's the fake story...isn't it?" I looked, surprised, at Louis.

"H-how...?" He just smiled.

"Alright..." I whispered before starting my story again.
