The regular school year has started which is crazy. I've been here for about a few weeks now and it already feels like home. I've gotten into the routine of managing classes and soccer. We haven't had any games yet but with everyone here they're starting soon. The only thing that gets on my nerves is some of the guys here. Sometimes when we're going to and from practice other sports teams are coming or leaving and they're jerks. Like not all girls want to be hit on and if I'm being honest I have no clue what they see in you. Like even though I'm a lesbian I will admit if a guy is looking fine and you my friend are not! Alex and I are walking to an early morning weight lifting session when we're stop by one of the basketball players. His name is Leon and he grabs Alex's arm pulling her into him. I go over and grab his wrist, he tries to pull away but winces and stops.
"If you keep pulling it'll snap. Now I suggest that you let her go." I say.
Leon lets go of Alex and we turn around and walk away. But before we can get any farther he smacks Alex's ass. I turn back around and punch him in the face. He stumbles back and grabs his mouth. He goes to the trash can and spits out blood. He looks at me and I quirk my eyebrow. Leon doesn't say anything he just walks out the building. Alex and I keep walking and get on the elevator.
"How's your hand?" Alex asks.
"How's your ass?" I ask.
Alex rolls her eyes and I walk over to her and wrap my arms around her. I place my hands on her ass and lightly squeeze causing her to moan. I smirk and peck her lips, Alex tries to hold on to me but I make sure she doesn't get a good grasp. The elevator dings, signaling its about to open so I swiftly move and get off.
"God your such a tease." Alex whines.
I stop walking and turn around. I walk over to Alex and press my body up against hers, bringing my lips to her ear.
"Baby girl I'm pretty sure you didn't want me to take you in that elevator. Don't worry you'll be screaming my name sooner or later." I say seductively placing a kiss on Alex's jawline.
I walk away and go into the trainers room which is on the upper floor. A few moments later Alex joins me. Alex had to get her brace and I just came to get tape. When we're finished we go back downstairs to the locker room. Our lockers weren't by each other which kinda sucks but mine is by Sam and Poliana so its not bad.
"What took you so long?" Sam ask.
I show her the tape and she nods.
"I bet you were fooling around with your girlfriend." Poliana says.
"What girlfriend?" I ask.
"Alex." Sam says.
"She isn't my girlfriend, yet." I say.
"What are you waiting for?" Poliana ask.
I shrug my shoulders and start getting ready. I have class after this and I knew I was going to be dead so I wore sweats. I open my book bag and pull out my shorts and long sleeved shirt. Its getting colder here and I hate being cold. Everyone is here on time and for that I was thankful. I check the time and told everyone it was time to go. We have the weight room from 6-7 which kinda sucks because my first class started at 7:45. Coach wants us changed and in the room before 6. We all leave the locker room and go and start our workouts. Coach has specific workouts for us depending on our levels of fitness. I like weight lifting better than cardio but an hour later all the muscles on my body ache. But I learned how to push through the pain and keep going when I was younger. I went to the locker room and hop in the shower. I dry off and throw my sweatpants back on. My shirt is in my locker so I go get it. When I get there I see Alex waiting for me.
"Hey." I say.
"Hey." She says.
"What's up?" I ask.
"We need to talk." Alex says.
"Okay."
Alex's first class isn't until 8 so I get my things and we go to our room. I had to get my school bag before heading to class. It is already 7:20 so I run to my first class which happens to be across campus. I get to the building and look at my phone 7:30 I have about 15 minuets and decide to get something to eat so I go to a cafe that isn't too far from my class. I pick up a smoothie and a veggie wrap, I'll pig out later. I get into the classroom and find a seat.
-After Class-
I meet up with Sam, she's in my next class.
"Hey." Sam says.
"Hey." I say.
"How aren't you dead?" She ask.
"What do you mean?" I ask.
Our class is on the third floor and the elevator is broken. I was walking up the stairs while Sam was limping/crawling.
"I can't feel my legs and your already halfway up the flight." Sam says.
"I'm use to my body being in pain from intense practices." I say.
Sam shakes her head and continues her method of getting up the stairs. I pull out my phone and record her on Snapchat with the caption,
Practice got me like...
Sam finally makes it to the top and we go into the classroom. Hours later I'm done with all my classes. I don't mind because some days I have class after class and others I have one or none. I remember Alex wanted to talk to me so I get to our room a little earlier than normal.
"What did you want to talk about?" I ask.
Alex was on her bed doing homework. I sit on my bed and pull out mine.
"Why we aren't together yet." Alex mumbles.
I sigh and get off my bed. I grab Alex's wrist and pull her off of her bed. I put my shoes on and Alex does the same. I take her hand in mine and we start walking.
"Where are we going?" Alex ask.
I don't answer her. We keep walking until we get to this hill. We go up the hill and when we get to the top I stop walking.
"Wow." Alex says.
When your at the top of this hill you can see the whole campus, Hannah showed me it. Remind me to thank her later. I know that now is a better time than any.
"Alex, will you officially be my girlfriend?" I ask.
"Well its about time, I'd thought you'd never ask." Alex chuckles.
"So is that a yes?"
Alex nods her head and I smile. I pull her closer to me and in for a kiss.
"I promised you that you'd be my number one. Now I get to show you just how much you mean to me." I say.
Alex puts her head on my shoulder and I kiss her temple. Alex Morgan is my girlfriend, yeah I'll never get tired of saying that...
