Blue's pov
I trudge down the sidewalk, absolutely exhausted. I was drained both physically and mentally. I struggle to keep my eyes open as I make my way over to a park bench.
I finally get over there and lay down, stretching out. I take my jacket off and ball it up, placing it under my head as a pillow. I feel my eyes start to droop. I don't fight them. I allow myself to fall asleep.

"Hey!" A voice yells. I feel a hand touch my shoulder. I jump up, my heart racing. I clutch my jacket in one hand, ready to bolt if it was necessary. I look for whoever woke me and spot four boys standing in front of me. Two looked a little shocked, two looked confused and worried. I study their faces, trying to determine if they were a threat or not. I decide I don't have to run yet.
"Why are you asleep on a park bench?" The one with dark hair asks me, confused. I stare at him. He shifts uncomfortably. I pretend to zip my lips.
"Can you talk?" The one with blue eyes questions. I nod.
"Do you talk?" He rephrases. I shake my head no. I haven't spoken in eleven, almost twleve years. I don't remember what my own voice sounds like anymore.
"Are you okay?" The boy with the eyebrow piercing asks. I shrug. The curly haired one takes another step closer to me. I tense up.
"What's your name?" Curly hair asks, kneeling down in front of me. I sit there, watching him carefully. His three friends stood behind him. I swallow, then hold up a piece of my blue hair. He looks at me confused. They all do.
"Blue," the one with blue eyes suddenly says. I nod slowly and drop the hair.
"Well Blue, would you like to go get lunch with us?" The one in front of me offers. I bite my lip, then nod. I was starving. I hadn't eaten in at least a day.
The one with dark hair offers me his hand. I glance at it, then back up at his face. The other three watched carefully. I shyly take it and he pulls me up off of the bench. The four boys lead me across the street and into the Wendy's.
