Unemotional || Kuroo Tetsurou || Gender-neutral
You were unemotional. You had a few friends that were close. But no boyfriend or girlfriend. Never.
Nobody wanted to ask you out for your reserved personality. And no one new wanted to talk to you. Except one person: Kuroo Tetsurou, the provocation expert.
It was lunchtime, and you were sat with some mutuals. And sadly, Kuroo was at your table, right next to you.
He smirked at you before digging into his food.
"So, (F/N), what are you planning on doing this weekend?" Kuroo started.
"I have nothing planned. I'll probably just chill," you replied, bluntly. Your answer didn't seem to satisfy Kuroo.
"You're probably going to be lonely for the rest of your life if you don't go out and do something," Kuroo said.
You kept an expressionless face. You knew what he was up to.
"I only have a few friends. They're all busy this weekend."
"How do you know that they're not going out with each other?"
"They wouldn't. But even if they were, I wouldn't care this weekend. I need some time to myself anyway. . ." A thought popped into your head. You were, in fact, getting tired of Kuroo's antics (but you didn't show any reaction), so you thought maybe you could get back at him. "Are you saying you want to hang out with me this weekend?"
"No, Kenma and I are going to practice volleyball. I was just wondering what you were doing this weekend."
**********
For the rest of the week (which was two more days), Kuroo kept annoying you.
It soon turned into a test of how long you'd last before you got all fired up.
Soon, finally, the week was almost over. It was your final day sitting by Kuroo.
"(F/N), you're going to be overweight if you eat all that," Kuroo said, now stooping as low to your physical appearance.
"I'll be fine. I have (sport) after school. I'll be able to burn it off there, the coach has made us do extra because some people could shut up," you responded.
"But, I hear it's going to storm soon. What are you going to do then?"
"If (sport) is cancelled, then I can just run on the track. I don't mind mild storms."
It was clear now, Kuroo was the one about to break, he was about to give up. You noticed this, so you decided to taunt him a bit further, keeping a monotone voice, of course.
"Are you irritated now? I don't think I'd ever see the day when the provocation expert was about to burst."
There was a moment of silence while Kuroo got his composure back.
"No wonder no one wants to ask you out." Kuroo smirked, he had an idea, and you knew it. This could probably be the lowest he went, right now.
"What do you mean?"
"You're too dense, you don't get it when I'm flirting with you."
"If you call insulting me flirting, of course I won't get it."
"There you go again. You're so thick. Why do I have to be so straightforward with you? Here, will you go out with me?"
You felt so stupid right then and there. You thought back, yes he was flirting with you. He was right, you were dumb with this. However, this wasn't the time to be looming over your mistake.
Maybe it might be good for me to go out with him? you thought.
"Yes, I will."
