On the corner of a street was a small flower shop that your family owned. It was a beauty, bedecked with exotic flowers, and even some simple ones.
You attended Aoba Johsai, and this is what you did on your free time when you didn't have to study.
Knowing everything about Aoba Johsai you could know. When Oikawa Tooru, the school's Volleyball heartthrob came, it was no shock that he could be buying flowers for someone.
"Hello, Oikawa-san!" you greeted cheerfully. You waved at your senpai.
"Hi, (L/N)-chan," he said.
"What are you here for?" you asked.
"I'm here for a bouquet of flowers," the Grand King replied.
"Okay, you can browse around. You're lucky, there's a discount today."
"Thank you."
Oikawa looked around the small floral shop, occasionally stealing glances at you.
He found a few different kinds of flowers that all looked nice together. When he came to check out, you eyed the flowers, noticing that he pick out some of your favourites.
Must just be a coincidence. you thought to yourself, not getting your hopes up. The flowers were obviously not for you. Why would the Great Oikawa Tooru like me.
"That'll be 1247.47 yen (approximately 12US dollars)," you said. "I'm guessing that those flowers are for your girlfriend?" you asked, politely.
"Yeah, but only if she say yes," Oikawa replied, handing you over the exact amount of cash
"Oh. Well, I wish you luck," you smiled, sweetly, showing the setter you were being genuine.
"Yeah, thanks. Here."
Oikawa handed you the bundle of flowers.
"Eh?" You were confused.
"Will you be my girlfriend, (L/N)-chan?" Oikawa questioned. He flashed a kind smile.
"Yes!" you replied.
