Chapter 23

~Jason~

As we entered the library I had to mentally curse at Kayla since it would be rude to do so in a library. She scowled at me the whole way and kept on cursing as well. We went our spereate ways to go look for books but we finished in about 15 minutes. After we left the library I told her what I had to do. I knew I would regret this later though.

"If you have nowhere to go then you are coming with Lizlee and me for Christmas Break. I will call my mom to tell her but you are coming with us. You have anger issues that you need help on and my mom is the one who will help you." I explained through gritted teeth. I don't know why but I had to do this.

Kayla looked at me mortified. As if I had just told her she had cancer. 'I am sorry to tell you but you have been diagnosed with cancer.' Now that's when someone has the right to be mortified. Not now!

"Do you hate me?! Why are you doing this to me?!" She responded.

"As a matter of fact, yes I do hate you but let's not go there right now." I teased. She glared at me but I just continued walking. She caught up to me and kept yelling at me while I ignored her.

"If you don't go I will tell the principal of your little run-in with Angela and he will get you suspended." I dared.

"You wouldn't." She growled.

"You don't even wanna try me." I warned. She actually backed down and pouted the whole way back to our dorm.

Once we finally got back everyone was waiting for us at the door.

"Finally! Damn we have been waiting for like 5 minutes so we can go eat!"  Jacob whined. Then Lizlee hit him in the gut.

"They weren't supposed to know how long we were waiting!" She whispered loudly. Kayla just threw her books in her room and cam back out.

"Then let's go!" She said clearly annoyed. I just set my books on the center table and then we went outside.

As we did we saw Aiden waiting outside. He had his back to us looking over to the campus but once he heard us he turned around to find Lizlee's eyes. I rolled my eyes and wanted to gag. Stupid romances! They always ended in heartbreak.

I just walked by him while bumping into him on purpose and then Jacob soon did the same. Carson just came and gave him a 'man hug'.

"No! You don't stay friends with him!" Lizlee pointed out.

"We British have to stick together!" Carson mentioned. I actually laughed at that silently.

"Oh hey Aiden!" Kayla came and gave him a high five before coming to stand next to Jacob while we stared at Aiden and Lizlee.

"Can I talk to you...alone?" He asked Lizlee. She seemed to have looked at Kayla for advice and then sighed.

"Fine but let's go into my dorm. Go ahead and eat without me guys." She ordered.

"Wow I just realized you only date British people. First Carson and then- oh nevermind!" Kayla started but Lizlee glared at her to shut up.

"Wait what?" Aiden asked.

"Oh don't mind me. I was talking about how I'm...dating Carson! Yeah that's it!" Mikayla lied. Carson smiled and kept up with the lie.

"Yupp that's right! Come on babe!" He continued lying and then actually went to Mikalya and kissed her. Jacob, Lizlee, and I just stared at them shocked. Ha ha the things she gets herself into.

"Okay. That's enough." Kayla quickly pushed him away.

"Come on guys let's just go and leave these two alone." I suggested and we walked away while Aiden and Lizlee stayed.

We were walking when Kayla kept on cursing Carson. It was pretty funny actually.

~Lizlee~

"So what do you want?" I asked Aiden as he sat down on a chair and I plopped down on the couch.

"I wanted to tell you that I'm leaving the school so I at least wanted a proper goodbye even though you may hate me." He started off. I stood up fast.

"Wait what?! Why are you leaving?!" I blurted out. He looked at me in shock but still explained.

"I'm going back to live with my mom since what's the point of staying here. I found out that the principal of your school is my uncle! My dad has been lying to me all these years and also how I hurt you. I can't be here anymore." He explained.

"Wait when did this happen? I didn't know he was your uncle. Anyways that's not the point. The point is you can't leave! I don't hate you! I know I acted like it but it was because I was hurt. Please don't leave." I begged. He had a pity look.

"My dad doesn't want me here either. I have to leave." He pointed out.

"No I have an idea. Does our principal know you are his nephew?" I asked and Aiden nodded.

"Then we are asking him if you can stay in our school." I told him. I was pretty confident that he would say yes.

"And I still have feelings for you. I couldn't bear for you to leave." I whispered. I looked down but then I felt Aidens tand right in front of me.

"I knew you still had feelings for me." He whispered as he was close to me. I thought that he was gonna kiss that I even closed my eyes but once I realized he wasn't I opened my eyes I realized he wasn't there anymore. I groaned and then walked outside in search of him but it seemed like he disappeared.

I didn't know what I had until he left. I was hoping he considered my plan. Then I went to the cafeteria.

As I finally got my lunch and went to go sit down with my roommates, Jason just made my day worse.

"Oh Lizlee, forgot to tell you but Kayla is coming with us for Christmas Break." I nearly choked when Jason broke it down for me.

"Don't die on us now! Let me at least finish so I don't have to attend a funeral on an empty stomach!" Mikayla protested. I actually thought she meant it as in she cared.

"Do you hate me?! So you decided to finally ruin my Christmas even more! What did I ever do to you?! I will do whatever you want me to do but as long as she doesn't come!" I pleaded Jason once I finished choking.

"Hey! I'm right here! Yeah he wants to ruin my Christmas too. He says it's because I need help on my 'anger issues' but I have no idea what he's talking about." Mikayla explained as she bit into a green apple. She looked like she couldn't care less right now.

"You practically beat up Angela today! If that doesn't count as anger issues then I don't wanna find out what does!" Jason yelled in a hushed tone. Ahhh I wanted to see that happen.

"Anyways I already called my mom and she said she can come along." Jason just ruined my dreams.

"Look don't whine about it. Whine about it on the last day we are about to leave. That's what I always do!" Mikayla reasured. To change the subject I put the spotlight on her for payback.

"So is Carson a good kisser?" I asked her while smirking. Now it was her turn to choke.

"Yes so am I?" Carson piped in as he grinned. Mikayla turned scarlett red as she hid her face behind her hands.

"Aww is someone a little shy?" Jacob teased.

"Carson and Mikalya!" We kept on chanting.

"Now come on let's leave her alone so she can finish her food. We still have later! And the day after that and after that!" Jason taunted. Carson blushed as well but stayed quiet.

Now that we all quieted down I kept on thinking of the perfect song to sing tomorrow with Mikayla tomorrow during lunch.
