"Come on, please go out with me again?" Aiden pleaded as we walked side by side. I turned and glared right at him.
"What?" He asked innocently.
"Are you really asking to go out with me at a time like this? I mean we just found out why Mikayla is so untrustworthy and you're worrying about us!?" I pointed out in a high tone. He looked down in an ashamed motion and then looked back up.
"I'm sorry but I can't stop thinking about you. You finally showed everyone how beautiful you are and you're so much more confident." Aiden explained and my expression softened.
"You're only asking her to go out without you again is because she got a makeover." I turned to see Jacob standing there with his arms crossed.
"This isn't your business so I suggest you leave." Aiden growled. Wow, he really hated Jacob.
"It damn right is my business! She may not like me because of every stupid thing I did but I know when someone is toying with her! Yeah, you may have liked her before but now you're doing it for the looks and you know it." Jacob retorted.
"You are not one to tell me what my intentions are. I love her and she knows it." Aiden replied.
"You do not." Jacob said simply.
"I do! Shut up and leave us alone." Aiden warned. I watched back and forth between them.
"No, both of you shut up! I never thought I'd have two guys fighting over me but just stop! You two are arguing as if I'm not standing right here. Can't you two be anymore selfish? Mikayla really needs us right now and you guys are worried about this?" I asked exasperated.
"She said she was fine and Mikayla isn't our concern." Aiden commented. Then Jacob turned with a hatred glance. "Mikayla is our friend." He said through gritted teeth.
"How could you even say that? She helped you when you were dealing all that crap with principal Trevor and your old dad. We all did and you have the nerve to say she isn't our concern?" I asked angrily.
Aiden's eyes widened. "No, I didn't mean it like that! I'm so sorry! I feel terrible!" Aiden apologized. My shoulders slumped but waved it off.
"It's okay. I understand." I said with a sigh.
"What?! Just like that?!" Jacob asked pissed off.
"Yes! Just like that!" I yelled back. "You know what Aiden? I will go out with you again." I told Aiden smugly.
Aiden grinned and smirked at Jacob. "I'm glad you will." Aiden said and laced his fingers with mine. "Now let's go check where Mikayla is at." He suggested and I nodded.

"What was the point of all of this?!" Principal Trevor asked as I flinched as he raised his voice. I had never heard him yell at anyone.
"I...It's all Mikayla's fault!" I start out quietly but then meet his steady gaze.
"Don't you even dare on trying to use the victim card here! You started all of this so now you'll pay the consequences." He glared right at me, making me look away.
"And what consequence will that be?" I asked in a dignified tone.
"Expulsion." He said through an icy stare. All the color drained from my face. I knew I could get in deep trouble but since principal Trevor was always so nice, I never thought he would be capable of expelling someone.
"What? No! You can't do that!" I beg while standing up. Tears were threatening to spill.
"I can and I am. You crossed the line too many times. Jacob came and told me everything. The times you two snuck in the record room, everything. You can make sure you will be expelled." He explained in an angry tone.
