Beauty is a thing that a large number of people in this world are concerned about. Sadly, there seem to be certain "expectations" or "standards" that someone should meet if they are to be considered "beautiful."
No.
No.
No!There are no such things as limitations on beauty. Shaming others for what they do with themselves, however, is when you become ugly. As long as someone is confident and happy with who they are and what they look like, it is none of your business. If it is not your body, it is not your place to decide what is and isn't right.
Beauty isn't being concerned about what others think. It is loving you for you. Do what you want with your body. If it makes you feel good, then, by all means, go for it.
Wear that shirt or that hoodie,
Rock those jeans or that dress,
Put on or don't put on makeup,
Shave or don't shave what you want,
Swim in a bikini or a tee,
Style or don't style your hair,
Get piercings if you want,
Get tattoos if you want,
Lose or gain weight,Or anything else that makes you feel accepting of yourself. You were not born to please the world. You were born to please yourself.
Beauty is doing what brings a smile to your face no matter what society wants to portray.
Remember: Your body is a sacred temple, but you are the deity to which it is built for. No one but you can tell you how to decorate it.
