Tonight was the day of the Halloween dance. Everyone decided to get ready at Elizabeth's house. In the living room the parents were sitting there waiting for their kids to finish getting ready.
"YOU'RE GONNA DO WHAT?!" Taylor said jumping from the couch.
"We've had this conversation several times while Valentine and Alois we're at school," Gustav said, "and Valentine needs to know the truth about Addison, we can't just keep lying to her."
"I get that part, but why on Christmas the most wonderful time of the year?" Taylor said sitting back down.
"You don't remember?" Kayla said shocked.
"Remember what?" Taylor was getting irritated.
"Addison's funeral was a week before Christmas." Kayla said a little bit above the whispered.
Taylor slumped back on his couch and laid his head in his wife's lap.
"Great now I feel like a complete a total ass." Taylor sighed
"Hey don't sweat it," Lenny said, "I don't want to remember the funeral I want to remember who the funeral was for."
"Yeah," Vince chuckled, " I pretend that that day is just another day."
"They're right we should remember they day of the funeral but it's more important to remember who the funeral was for and all the amazing things they did before they passed." Jack smiled.
Taylor looked over at Daphne who was sipping her coffee, a smirk grew on his face. Taylor sat beside Daphne and put an arm around her shoulder.
"So Daphne," Taylor said very sly, "a little birdie told me that you were laying on your kitchen table in lingerie."
Daphne spit out her coffee and her cheeks tinted. She gave Taylor a look of shocked and Kimberly gave Penelope the exact same look of shock and awe.
"WHO TOLD YOU THAT?!" Daphne freaked out.
"PENELOPE YOU SAID YOU WOULDN'T SAY ANYTHING!" Kimberly was yelling at the woman with the hand mirror.
"I DIDN'T TELL HIM!" Penelope was offended.
"When I said 'birdie' I meant 'dolphy'" Taylor chuckled.
Daphne looked at her husband who was looking the other way, avoiding eye contact.
"Orion why would you say that?" Daphne asked on the brink of tears.
"I didn't tell him," Orion was being honest, "he's just a really good guesser."
"I am. " Taylor smiled with a shrug.
Daphne looked at her husband then back at Taylor.
"Girls are you ready?" Penelope called out from down the hall.
"Almost." They said from the end of the hall.
"And what's wrong with me knowing Orion's business, " Taylor got up from his couch, "he's been my best friend since we we're kids."
"Well he's my husband, " Daphne got up from the couch, "so whatever his business is it's mine as well and I don't want you knowing my business."
"Well I don't want your son upstairs alone with my daughter when they're studying, so I guess we're both not getting what we want." Taylor huffed.
Daphne groaned in frustration, sometime she wanted to take her nails, jab them into his neck and strangle him.
"Boys are ready." Zill said coming from the hallway.
