"I do have super strength, it just doesn't work with assholes like you."

There were about fifteen of us in the gym dressed in shorts and multi-colored sports bras. I had gone back to my dorm to change into my workout clothes opting for a light hoodie to hide my stomach.

Angelina and I made our way to the dance studio that was connected to the back of the auditorium.

Blair still hadn't appeared and some of the girls were shaking with anticipation for our first official practice. A couple minutes later Blair came into view. She had a small black duffel bag slung across her body that she placed on the floor.

"Alright girls! Take your places." She said as she gripped her curly mane into a high ponytail.

I stood about a foot away from Angelina. Blair went up to the stereo that was perched on a bench. She pressed a few buttons and grabbed the tiny remote that sat on top of it.

"We're going to start off with some simple stuff. Watch me first and then follow." Blair instructed. Clicking a button on the remote a catchy song blasted through the speakers.

Blair began her routine with having her feet apart and bringing her hand beside her face followed by the gyration of her hips on each side. After a couple rolls of her hips she let her arms trace arcs over her head. She stopped and turned on her heels to face us.

"Pretty easy, right?" She stated, "You guys try it." She turned once again facing the mirror and repeated her movements.

I followed her motions until we were synchronizing with each other. By the sixth time we rehearsed it, she turned once again towards us.

"Good! It seems like we're all pretty fast learners. Okay, now we're going to add in some footwork. Watch me." She pointed to herself and she twisted on her feet, so she was facing the mirror.

Bringing her right foot behind her pursued by her left, she did that twice until she took a large stride to her left and twisted in a one-eighty degree angle so her left side was adjacent to the mirrored wall. She moved her hips a bit more chased by a few quick flicks of her head.

"You guys try it." She said.

Once she said three all the girls copied her previous actions. Blair was pacing in front of the mirror making sure we were precise in our movements. When we finished, she smiled at us.

"This is going better than what I expected. Alright, as most of you know we were going to have some killer stunts. First off, who's a flyer?" She asked us. Her eyes flickered over each one. I raised my hand along with three other girls.

"Perfect! I'm going to be showing you the stunts that we've planned, but that won't be until tomorrow's practice. Let's run the routine a couple more times before we go." Blair told us.

Once we were finished, Blair dismissed us. I put on my light hoodie so it would shield my skin against the crisp air outside. I could feel a thin sheet of sweat across my forehead and I wiped it off with the back of my hand quickly.

"I promised Carter that I would go help him with his math homework as soon as practice was over. You don't mind do you?" Angelina asked me as I pulled the end of my ponytail that was stuck in my hoodie.

"Don't worry about me, go with your man!" I exclaimed.

"I'll see you back at the dorm." She told me. I saw her fleeting figure as she disappeared through the door.

I zipped open my bag, searching for the bottle of water that I had thrown in before I left my dorm. Unscrewing the cap off, I took a quick swig and started my way back to my dorm. There were people who were walking through campus with their backpacks and bags hanging off of them. Once I reached my dorm, I decided to take a shower.
