I'm sorry that all of you guys are confused. Hopefully, things get more cleared up in the next few parts. I can't say much, for I don't want to spoil, but little tiny details reveal hints as to what is going on.

3rd person POV:

The Black Rose sat in one of the seats as Cassiel did as well. She thought that it was so weird for Cassiel to be here, especially after what happened the previous year. Everyone is scared to come near her now. However, she couldn't see any fear in Cassiel's eyes, even though he was so close to her wings, which hit the floor, and laid there, despite sitting on a barstool. She still had the biggest wings in all of recorded history with angels.

"Cassiel, how are you brave enough to come here? I thought that I'd never see you again after the incident. I killed a member of the council. I killed Christopher, IN HEAVEN. I thought that angels were practically invincible in Heaven. Why am I, a monster, still here?" The Black Rose questioned.

"I'm not afraid of you, even after what happened. I've touched your wings before, and I didn't get hurt. My theory is that only people with dark magic can be hurt by touching your wings," Cassiel said. His blue eyes flicked to her wings, and then back to her.

"-but all of the council members have some of the purest hearts in all of history," The Black Rose said. After all, it was true. Only the purest of hearts could be in the council. Cassiel had been guaranteed to be in the council since he was six, when he got his halo. He's was the youngest angel to get their halo. Most of the other angels got theirs by the age of thirteen, once they do a great deed.

The Black Rose still didn't have her halo though. She was the only one at the academy that couldn't participate in the "pure heart" class. She thought that she didn't have her halo because one of the council members could tell that she would kill an angel in the future. However, little did she know that she didn't have her halo all because of her wings.

"I've been thinking of leaving the council. The council is splitting in half. Many of them are becoming darker by the day. I can just tell. Christopher was turning into a fallen angel. Dark magic was in him," Cassiel said.

The Black Rose sat there in surprise, her eyes wide. "Does the council know about all of this?"

"Yes. The council had a vote on if we should... Execute you. I strongly fought against it, explained how Christopher was becoming a dark angel. That got enough votes to save you from being killed."

The Black Rose gulped. A pain in her throat formed as she fought back tears, knowing that she would be dead by now if it wasn't for Cassiel.

"T-Thanks, Cassiel," was all she could say.

"It's no problem. I was only doing what was right. Now, I didn't come here to talk about this. I came here to discuss Travis Valcrum, and your job," Cassiel whispered. His voice was in a more serious tone than before. He solemnly looked down, shaking his head.

"Of course. What about him?" The Black Rose asked nervously. She hadn't heard much news about this for a while now.

"I'm sorry. His previous guardian angel passed away sooner than we thought. It wasn't the poison that got to him. Travis' father killed him before that," Cassiel said.

The Black Rose froze. She was shocked into silence. Fear arose in her, and she felt her hands begin to shake. The hairs on the back of her neck rose.

"You'll have to start guarding him two years earlier than expected," Cassiel stated.

"W-What?" The Black Rose whispered. She quickly wiped away a tear.

"I'm so sorry. You'll have to head down within a week."

"I'm only fifteen!"

"Don't tell anyone this, okay? I've been doing some research. I've been looking into everyone's level of power here in Heaven. I believe that you're the most powerful angel here. You're the best fit to be Travis' guardian angel," Cassiel said, looking up at the Black Rose with his blue eyes.

"How do you even know that I have so much power?" The Black Rose asked.

"You know how every year, you're supposed to give one of your feathers to the council? Well, I tested every feather for power levels, which the council is unaware of. Your feathers contained the most power I've ever seen."

"-but I barely have any power or magicks while doing my training. In all of my classes, I was the weakest."

It was true. She had always been the weakest in her classes. She studied, practiced, and trained 24-7, but she was never any good in her magicks classes.

"Do you remember the time that we were told what plant was most like us? I got an Aspen tree. You got a black rose. Well, I was reading that the council has, which explains the meaning of every plant, and I found a page on roses. Apparently, roses resemble great hidden power. If the rose is closed, and has not yet bloomed, then that means that the angel's true power has not been shown. When they showed you your plant, yours wasn't in full bloom. It was closed," Cassiel explained.

That was the other way that The Black Rose had gained her new nickname. She had always hated the nickname, up until now. Now knowing what a rose represented in the book, she was growing fond of the name.

Could she really hold that much power though?

"This is crazy," she muttered.

"I know," Cassiel said, nodding. He even looked shocked himself.

"Okay, I guess I believe you. I just don't want to look like a failure. I'm not meant to be here. Everyone here thinks I'm supposed to be in h*ll."

"Well, everyone on Earth said that I was supposed to be in h*ll, but here I am! They were wrong about the gays, and they are wrong about you," Cassiel said. The Black Rose could tell that he was trying to lighten the mood. Cassiel always did that. He loved to crack a joke or two and make her laugh.

The Black Rose laughed. "You have a good point there," she said.

"Anyways, it's been nice seeing you. I really do hope for the best for you. I'll be watching you from up here. You'll do great, I'm sure of it. The council will probably finally give you your halo. You deserve it," Cassiel said. He smiled brightly. The Black Rose couldn't help but smile back.

"Maybe he's right. Maybe I'll actual do something great," she thought as Cassiel began to walk out.

"Thanks, Cassiel, for everything. I hope you have a nice day. It was nice seeing you again," she said.

"You're welcome. Thanks, I hope you have a nice day too. It was nice seeing you again too," Cassiel said as he walked out the door, closing it behind him.

The Black Rose sat there in the silence, her thoughts soon filling her mind. She felt scared to get hurt, but excited to prove herself, and maybe even start a better life on Earth.

Okay, I've revealed more information on all of this in this part. So, if you have any new theories or ideas,  please put them in the comments below. I loved to read your theories from the last part.

That whole part was basically dialogue. 😂 I'm sorry. That was probably really boring.

Anyways, thanks for everything guys. You guys are amazing, and I hope you have a great day or night. Love ya! Bai, Unicorns! <3
