Aaron is always the answer.
Don't ask why. It's just true. He's the answer to every question.

Your POV:
"No, I think it's more than just a headache. Do your shoulders hurt? You're really tense," I said. I did not know why he was suddenly in pain, but I did not question it, because all of my focus went into trying to help him."Yeah, I'm fine. I think I just need to rest. Sorry, Y/N," Travis whispered.
"That's fine. Do you need me to drive you home?" I asked. I fiddled with my fingers, thinking to myself about how Travis could've possibly hurt himself. It was so sudden, so strange. I couldn't help it. My curiosity was taking over. I couldn't get the subject out of my mind because with every second that he was in pain, I was in pain as well. I didn't know how serious his pain was because he was lying to me, and not telling me how he really felt. His pain echoed through my head, and I cursed myself for being so empathetic.
Travis, who was lost in his own thoughts, did not answer me. He sat there, staring off into the distance, with his green eyes swimming in fear. He flinched, holding in a groan of pain. Maybe he didn't think I would notice, but I did.
"Did you see that?" Travis asked. I looked up in question, surprised at his sudden drop of the subject.
"See what?" I asked. I laughed a little to myself. "Are you sure you're okay?" I questioned.
Travis stared intently out the window, into the pitch black darkness.
How could he see anything out there? It was nothing but the darkness of the night. The headlights of the car weren't on.
"So you didn't s-see that?" Travis asked. He adjusted himself in his seat, his eyes wide with fear.
"No, no I didn't. How could you see anything out-" I started to say.
"Wait," Travis interrupted. He held his finger over my lips. "Actually, I'm quite fine. Let's go grab that coffee," Travis asked anxiously, still gazing out the car window. He set down his hand.
"Are you sure you're okay?" I asked.
Travis quickly tapped his knee with his fingers. He bit his lip, looking down towards the ground. "Yeah, I'm fine," he whispered, unable to make eye contact with me.
"Okay, then," I said, unsure.
Travis quickly turned on the car and began to pull away from the curb. As Travis turned around, back through the neighborhood and to the Main Street, I looked back at where Travis said he saw something. The headlights now shined on the area, but it was still too dark to see anything.
As Travis began to drive away, he sped up. He looked in his rear view mirror, a bead of sweat forming on his forehead. Whatever Travis saw in the mirror frightened him. He sped up even more, his hands trembling on the driving wheel.
However, I looked back, and just as before, there was nothing there. There was nothing to accompany the darkness.
Travis' POV:
I don't know what's going on. I don't know why I'm suddenly in pain. All I know is that I see a creature outside of our car, and Y/N can't see it, even though it's chasing us.
If Y/N can't see it, then I know exactly what it is.
A shadow demon.
It's like a shadow knight, except it is born in the shadows, like a demon. Shadow Knights are born in the light, and later taken to the darkness. Unlike the shadow knight, shadow demons can not come out of the shadows. They must always remain in them. They are creatures of both the nether, and h**l. You see, shadow Knights are from the nether, but the nether isn't h**l. The nether can be accessed from Minecraftia, while the underworld can not. Demons, however, are from the underworld. Shadow Demons are creatures of both worlds.
My father rules over both. He rules all creatures of the nether and the underworld.
So, he must've done this. It's the only explanation I can think of as to why such a creature is here.
Creatures who aren't from the nether or the underworld, can not see shadow demons. It explains why Y/N can't see this creature.
"Whoa, slow down, Travis. If there's a cop around here, we'll get pulled over," Y/N said, looking at how fast we were going.
What am I supposed to do in this situation?
I stayed silent, leaving Y/N in confusion and wonder.
I had no choice but to tell her, didn't I?
I gulped. "Y/N... We have to get out of here," I whispered.
"Why?" She asked, raising an eyebrow.
"I-I'm sorry, Y/N. My father is an extremely bad man. He's the worst of them all," I said in a serious tone.
"I've said that I'm fine with whoever your father is. Now, what's going on?" Y/N asked.
I made a sharp turn and drove full speed down the empty Main Street.
"Actually, my father isn't even a man. H-He's..." I stuttered.
I should've told her sooner. It's dangerous to be near me, even if I never turn into my demon form.
"You can tell me anything, Travis," she whispered.
I smiled. I raised my hand, waving it around in one quick movement as magic emitted from my palm.
Y/N jumped in her seat, astonished with the sight. She was completely flabbergasted.
The magic swarmed around the car, putting us in a protective bubble; which made the car invisible from outside. From inside, it looked like a purple glowing magic completely covered the car like a cloud.
There, we're safe.
I parked the car, turning to face Y/N, who was drowning in confusion.
Now I have to tell her the truth.
