INGREDIENTS :
▶Maida - 1 cup
▶Cocoa powder - 4 tbls
▶Baking powder - 1 tsp
▶Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
▶Salt a pinch
▶Eggs - 3
▶Sugar - 1/2 cup
▶Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
▶Sun flower oil - 2 tbls
Sieve all dry ingredients.. & mix well..
Beat eggs with sugar... Until It get fluffy.. Add dry ingredients & fold well.. Add oil.. And vanilla essence.. Mix well..
Grease cake tin
Pour dis batter.. Upto 1/2 f tin..
Heat pressure cooker without weight and gasket.. Place a steel stand in cooker.. keep cake tin above the stand.. Close the lid of cooker.. COOK it in low flame for 30-40 mints.
