INGREDIENTS :
▶Yogurt / Curd - 1 cup
▶Tahini Paste - 2 tblspn ( Recipe here)
▶Garlic - 1 big clove grated
▶Salt to taste
▶Lemon Juice - 1 tspMETHOD :
Take yogurt in a strainer and let it strain for 1 hour till it gets thick.
Take curd, tahini, salt, garlic and lemon juice in a bowl and mix really well.
Keep this in fridge for 1 hour.
Serve with falafel or any lebanese foods..
