Heat 1 tbls oil in a pan, add 1/2 cup chopped onions, 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste and saute them. Then add 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp Garam masala, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp chilli powder and salt to taste, 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds and mix well. Add the mixture to a mixture jar. Add water and make a fine paste. Empty the jar into the same pan in a low flame. Add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 cup paneer cubes let it cool for 5-10 min finally add chopped Coriander leaves and mix it well. Serve it with chappaties or naan. 😋
