INGREDIENTS :
▶Hakka Noodles - 1 pack (200g)
▶Oil - 2 or 3 tbls
▶Chopped green chilli - 2
▶Chopped onion - 1 (optional)
▶Chopped veggies like cabbage, carrot, beans and Capsicum - each quarter cup
▶Freshly crushed pepper - 2 tsp
▶Soya sauce - 2 tsp
▶Chopped spring onion
▶Salt to tasteMETHOD :
Boil water in a vessels, add salt to taste, break the Hakka Noodles and add. Cook as per packet instructions and drain it, add 1-2 tsp of oil mix and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan(kadai) add chopped green chilli and transfer all the veggies, sprinkle little salt stir fry in a high flame for 2 minutes. Add Soya sauce. Stir again.
Transfer the cooked Noodles and stir well in a high flame.
Sprinkle Freshly crushed pepper and salt. Mix well.
Garnish with chopped spring onion with serve.A\N
