INGREDIENTS :
▶Fresh milk - 3 litres
▶Khoya\Ricotta cheese - 1/2 litres
▶Rose water - 2 tbls
▶cardamom ground powder - 2 tbls
▶Crushed pistachio - 2 tbls
▶Sugar to tasteMETHOD :
1. Boil milk and cook until it comes to half
2. Then put Sugar, cardamom powder and pistachio and mix it well then take of from stove
3. Then mix Khoya and cook on low heat until it gone thick.
4. Take off and put rose water in it then pour in to Kulfi(ice Cream) molds
5. Put the Kulfi(ice Cream) molds in a fridge
6. Serve it COOL...A\N
