INGREDIENTS :
▶Pista - 1 handful
▶China grass - 10 gram
▶Milk - 1/2 litre
▶Milk maid/Condensed milk - 1/2 tinMETHOD :
First melt the China grass with 2 glass of water adding Sugar while boiling add milk. After boiling turn off the flame. Now add milk maid and also add pistachio paste (Blend pistachios adding few milk) mix well (if want add Pista colour) and pour in a pudding tray.. Garnish as you like let it cool in a room temperature and keep in fridge for at least 3 hours.A\N
