Easy Whole Chicken Fry [27]

INGREDIENTS :

▶Whole Chicken - 800 gm
▶Turmeric powder - 1 tsp for rinsing
▶Your favorite chicken 65 masala -
4 tsp
▶Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
▶Vinegar or lime juice - 1 tbls
▶Salt to taste
▶Coconut oil to fry

METHOD :

Clean and rinse the chicken throughly and finally apply Turmeric powder and rinse again, drain it. Put line with knife in the chicken.
In a bowl add chicken 65 masala, Egg, gg paste, lime juice and salt to taste. Mix well. Check Salt.
Marinate the chicken with the masala. Leave the chicken for 3-4 hour in fridge.
Take the chicken and keep outside for an hour. The Heat oil in a pan; fry both sides golden brown in a medium flame. Take carefully and drain the chicken.
Tasty and flavourful whole chicken fry is ready to serve.
Garnish with fried Curry leaves, onion slices and lime wedges and serve.
