Troye woke to his phone ringing at his bed side; he sat up groggily and answered the call, not bothering to even check the caller ID.

"Hello?" he said and his morning voice very prominent.

"Hey Troye the boy, I'm heading out just now to go do some shopping and was wondering if you want to join?" he smiled at Zoe's chirpy mood.

"Sure Zo, see in thirty?"

"Perfect! See you just now Tro!"

He got up, a little bit reluctantly, but was happy that he slept within the hours he was meant to be, unlike Zoe who must have been up since the early hours of the morning. He spent those thirty minutes taking a quick shower and putting on an outfit consisting of a plain black sweater and his favourite ripped jeans, with his white converse. He played around with his mop of curls till he was happy that they looked in place and not too crazy.

Soon he heard Zoe's four light knocks on the door, he opened it and she pulled him in for a quick hug.

"You ready to go?" she asked sweetly, pulling away from his embrace.

"Yeah, but we getting breakfast first," she nodded in agreement and went down to the lobby, Zoe looked on her phone for the closest café, she soon found one that was nearby and also close enough to walk. As they walked there they buzzed with conversation. Although mostly consisting of Zoe complaining about having to still get over her jet lag and how much she missed Alfie and Louise back home, Troye also agreeing to the latter.

They soon came up to a small café that was actually quite secluded for being so close to the middle of the city. The two of them made 'awe' sounds as they walked in and looked at the adorable décor and cute furnishings all in a theme of light pastel colours. The pair sat down and were soon greeted by a waiter that looked about their age, he was quite short yet well built. His hair was dark brown, almost black and it brought out his ice blue eyes even more.

"Hi, my name is Dylan, what may I get you today?" Troye and Zoe both smiled back to the friendly boy and both ordered the same thing. As Dylan walked away Troye felt the boy's eyes lingering on him longer than needed. Zoe then giggled cutely.

"And what's so funny?" Troye asked Zoe while she looked into Troye's eyes with that 'isn't it obvious' look on her face.

"Really Troye? You didn't notice that?"

"Notice what?" Troye said confused.

"Oh come on Troye! He was so checking you out," she said as she rested her chin on her hand. Troye blushed lightly and rolled his eyes.

"Please Zoe," he said, as she rolled her own eyes.

"Troye I know we starting school and stuff next week and I also know you gonna use the 'I'm not looking for a relationship' line but I think you need a boyfriend," Troye laughed at her but soon his features became a little dark at the mention of a 'boyfriend'. And almost as if Zoe had a psychic gift she said just what Troye didn't want to hear.

"You can't be stuck on the thought of him forever Tro, get out there," she said, not even having to mention who he was. "You are so gorgeous and I know that your prince charming is waiting and that man will not come along if you stuck in the past. It's done, it's over, and on top of all that he hurt you, so I think you should just maybe try forget about him like he did to you," Zoe felt bad as Troye just looked gloomily out the window they sat beside, she could see he was taking her words to heart and that he was listening to her. She was right, Troye knew that.

Troye was definitely listening and yes saw her point but it wouldn't be so easy. That whole ordeal with Connor made Troye the person he was today and most likely without Connor he would still be at home, not doing anything with his life at all that day.
