*January 14th*
[March and a smaller kid are sitting at a table, watching a festival being set up.]
March: So, you've never been to Everfell's festival, Geoffrey?
Geoffrey: Well, I think my big sister wouldn't allow me to go, because she says it's a big waste of time.
March: Big waste of a time? What's your sister talking about? It's the most important event of this town!
Geoffrey: We only moved here last week, so I guess my sister doesn't really care about the town at all.
[March suddenly smirks, and Geoffrey raises his eyebrows.]
March: What if you were to supposedly "visit a friend's house" and we can sneak off to the festival? Whaddya say?
Geoffrey: I don't really know if that's a-
March: C'mon! Do you want to go to the festival, or stay at home and do boring schoolwork? We don't even have school today because of the festival!
Geoffrey: Actually I usually get my schoolwork done right away, because-
March: Yeah, yeah, your big sister. Why don't you have some fun and go for once?
[Geoffrey thinks for a moment.]
Geoffrey: Alright, I'll go.
March: Good, because not a lot of the other months are going.
[March's name is called from a distance.]
March: Ugh, speaking of. I'll see you later.
Geoffrey: Bye.
[March gets up and runs back to Naturata's Sphere.]
[The cloudy skies block the sun rays, making the afternoon a bit dark. Geoffrey looks out of the window, seeing the townspeople gather near the fountain, where several tables of drinks and food are set up. He turns around, looking at the door, then looks back and opens the window. He then jumps onto the tree that's next to the house, nearly falling. Luckily, he manages to grip onto a sturdy branch, however he falls, unable to hold himself.]
Geoffrey: Urgh...
[He stands back up and runs towards the festival. When he arrives, he looks around searching for March.]
March: Hey, you made it!
[Geoffrey jumps then turns.]
Geoffrey: Gah! You scared me.
March: Yeah, I scare a lot of people sometimes.
Geoffrey: Nice to know...
March: So, what do you think of the festival so far?
Geoffrey: I just got here.
March: Really? Come on! Let's go and meet the people! You are new around here after all.
[March takes Geoffrey's hand, as the two go up to a group of kids sitting around a table.]
March: Hey Domitan, Padmini, Nicole, and Janko!
Domitan: What's up, little March!
Nicole: Who's the kid with you?
March: He's Geoffrey; he's new in town! I just met him yesterday.
Janko: Classic March.
Padmini: Greetings, Geoffrey.
