*???*
[July wakes up in a completely white area. Next to her is December and Tukiyo, who also get up.]
December: Huh...? Where are we?
Tukiyo: I'm... not sure this is a good thing to wake up to.
July: Me neither... maybe we should look around?
Tukiyo: Alright.
[The three walk through the empty space, seeing nothing but themselves. Finally, they stumble upon a small, black rift.]
Tukiyo: Huh? I wonder what this is.
July: Should we touch it?
Tukiyo: We've got no other choice.
[Tukiyo is the first to touch it, and suddenly the whole world builds around them, and they realize they're in a daytime field next to Naturata's Sphere.]
December: We're here now? What's going on?
Tukiyo: This is strange indeed. Hey, is that us?
[She points to another clone of December, July, and Tukiyo touching the same black rift. However, when the original three walk closer, they realize the clones are frozen.]
Tukiyo: Um.... hello?
[No response.]
December: Isn't that the same black rift we saw in that other place?
July: It looks like it, yeah.
December: Hm... but why would that be here?
Tukiyo: I'm not sure if none of us know. Perhaps we should talk to your seasons for answers?
[The trio enters the Sphere, and Summer is looking at the paintings in the center.]
July: Hey, Summer!
[No response.]
July: Huh? Summer!
[Upon closer inspection, they realize Summer, too, is frozen in place.]
Tukiyo: Okay... maybe the entire world is frozen. What should we do?
July: Hm... maybe we could find another one of those rift thingies.
Tukiyo: O-Okay.
[The three jog through town, glancing at the people frozen in place.]
Tukiyo: Such a strange phenomenon to happen to us.
[They stop at a grocery store.]
July: Nngh... can we make a stop here, please? The... rift might be in there.
December: Uh... sure?
[The three enter the grocery store. July excitedly grabs for a candy bar, but it doesn't budge.]
July: N-No! My hopes and dreams... all shattered...
[July slumps next to the candy bar stand as December and Tukiyo investigate the place.]
Tukiyo: Everything seems a bit colder than usual. Is this normal in these types of stores?
December: Yeah, it's to prevent spoilage of food.
Tukiyo: Okay, I'll take note of that.
[They head back to the fields, where their clones are still standing in the same pose.]
Tukiyo: I guess this the only rift we can find.
December: Hm... maybe we should touch it?
Tukiyo: We've got nothing else. We've searched everywhere we can.
