-JJ's POV-

He shoved the last of his shirts into an old tattered suitcase before zipping it up and hauling it off of his bed. He sighed and placed his hands on his hips. "JJ, It's time to go," His father called up the stairs, his voice impatient and tired.

JJ shouted a quick, "I'm coming." He pulled his black hoodie on and grabbed the suitcase handle. He's waited weeks for this camping trip and now it's finally arrived. He couldn't wait to get away from this damned house, even if it is for only three days.

JJ bounded down the stairs. His large feet causing a bang with every step he jumped on. The suitcase came tumbling down, handle grasped in JJ's hand. "Don't look too eager to get away from us," Sarah commented as she stood at the bottom of the stairs with his fathers arms snaked around her tiny waist. JJ ignored her.

He looked over at Kyle who is wearing his mum's hot pink dressing gown. "Nice outfit," JJ grinned as Kyle sauntered over. He blushed a deep red.

"Don't encourage him, JJ," His father said disapprovingly.

Kyle glared at him. "Go fuck yourself," He growled before marching into the kitchen, taking off the cozy dressing gown and leaving it in a heap on the floor.

Sarah gasped. "Kyle!" She strutted away in the same direction of her foul mouthed son.

JJ snickered whilst his dad just sighed. "Teenagers, what can you do," He mumbled to himself. "Lets go, JJ," His father spoke up.

JJ grinned. He swung the door open and walked over to his dad's cliché shiny red sports car. JJ got into the passengers side and buckled himself in. Safety first, kids. He waited impatiently for his father who seemed to be taking liberty of being slow and irritating his own kid.

JJ thought about how awesome this trip is going to be. He's not really arsed about all the boring activities and shit, He's more excited about being in a small combined space alone with Blue.
I wonder if he sleeps in just his underwear? JJ wondered to himself. Once his father was finally in the car, he set off.
-

JJ shifted uncomfortably as Claire rested her head on his shoulder. "Where's the bus?!" She groaned for the hundredth time.

JJ inhaled as he tried to keep his cool and not flip at her. "Claire, I told you, I don't know," He said irritated at her impatience. The geography and French classes are waiting outside the school gates. for the bus to arrive and take them to the lonely campsite in the woods. Claire was getting annoyed because the bus hadn't arrived yet, granted they'd only been waiting about 7 minuets.

JJ cringed at the sight of his geography teacher who is dressed head to toe like a tourist. He even had a smear of sunscreen on his snout even though it's the middle of November.

JJ's once bored expression changed to one of relief when the bus came round the corner and Claire lifted her air filled head from his shoulder. "Sit next to me," She demanded, grabbing his hand and yanking him to her side.

He thought fast. "I can't I promised someone else," He lied. Anyone else would be better than Claire. JJ has made the unforgettable mistake of sitting with Claire for a long trip before, it was like babysitting a five year old.

Claire nodded. "Okay, well I'll see you there," and with that she strutted away to pester someone else.

JJ sighed and followed his classmates onto the large coach. As he walked down the ungenerously spaced isle he noticed the famous blue curls. He pushed past a couple people until he reached where Blue was sitting.

JJ smiled when he saw the empty seat next to him. Blue's eyes were strained on the window and his head bobbed lightly to the music blasting through his headphones. JJ sat himself down gingerly.

"What are you doing?" Blue's head snapped in JJ's direction.

"I was just sitting down," He held his hands up in mock defence.

Blue frowned. "Not only do I have to share a tent with you but a bus as well?" His words made JJ roll his eyes.

"You know, you could be a nice person," JJ said making Blue look at him with furious eyes.

"I am a nice person!" He exclaimed, a frown on his face. JJ shrugged.

"Not to me your not," He said. A blush crept up on Blue's face. He tried to cover it by looking away but JJ had already seen it.

The bus began to pull away from the school. JJ smiled in excitement.

"Blue, can I use an earphone," He asked after tapping him lightly on the shoulder.

"Fine."

JJ stuck it in his ear and mentally applauded Blue for his choice of song, 'Impossible year' by 'panic! at the disco.'

After a moment of silence Blue turned to JJ, an unreadable expression on his face. "Am I really not nice?" He asked, his voice hushed.

"You're rude to me but I don't doubt that you're nice to people you care about," JJ shrugged.

Blue frowned. "What makes you think that I don't care about you?" He said. JJ blushed a deep red. He looked at Blue who was smiling cheekily at him. He couldn't help but crack a smile back.

They sat in silence, just listening to the music for a while. The outside scenery whizzed past them as the bus drove by.
"Can I rest my head here?" Blue asked sleepily as he patted JJ shoulder. JJ's heart beat quickened but he managed a weak nod. Blue smiled before putting his head down on JJ shoulder. Some of the blue hair was tickling the side of JJ's face but he didn't mind much, so long Blue was there.

JJ looked down at Blue. His eyes were closed and his mouth was slightly open. JJ had to tear his eyes away. It's creepy to watch people sleep, he told himself.
