Jamie's POV~

After I comprehended that I took a four hour shower I got dressed and me and Pete went down to the park instead.

It was nice put really awkward.. the only thing we really talked about was the band and patrick, and us, but I wasn't really up for talking about that.

"Jamie?" Pete said, ruining my train of thought. Bastard.

"JAMIE!" He yelled, waving a hand in my face.

"WHAT?!?" I yelled back.

"I've been calling your name for about a minute, then you called me a bastard.."

"Ohmygod I said that out loud!?!?"

He shrugged. "Yea, kinda."

"Did I say anything else?"

"Not really, you said something about us but that's it.. I couldn't really make out what you said.."

"Oh, ok. good."

"Yup"

A few minutes of silence passed till he motioned for us to sit on a bench.

"Soooo..." He looks at me.

"Sooooo?" I mock him.

"WHAT about.. you know.. US?"

"I told you I don't want to talk about it." I said, getting up.

He got up, stood beside me and grabbed my hand. "Jamie please, we have to. We haven't talked about it since that time on the bus.."

"Yes I know.. of course I remember.. how could I forget?" that was the day of the accident.

"We have to. please?"

"Fine. What do you need to talk about?" I say sitting back down.

"Well, first of all, I miss you Jamie. I really do. and it's not the same anymore.. I want the old you back.."

"I know" *sigh* "but that me left when patrick did."

"But Patrick didn't leave.."

I stand back up. "Do you REALLY believe he is going to wake up?? Its been a month. Every time I go to the doctors to visit him they say nothing has changed! I don't know what to do Pete! I've just given up! I can't take it.. I don't want to deal with it anymore.. I'm just done." and with that I walk away.

Pete's POV~

What just happened?
