Beep, beep.

Amber yawned and opened her eyes. It was six in the morning. She hopped off the bed, she quickly got dressed.

Making her way to her messy twin sized bed, she knelt down beside it and peered under her box spring. Man was it dusty and messy under there. Everything else in her room was neatly organized and clean besides under her bed. I guess you could tell that's where he keeps all her junk to keep her room clean.

Things like notebooks, pens, clothes and bags piled up under there. It was as if a tornado swept through here. After moving things around, she came across a bag that her aunt gave to her on her birthday. It was perfect enough to pack her clothes in it.

It was a light blue and it had one strap on it. Brushing off the dust, she overlooked it and threw it on top of her bed. Now to find some clothes.

She opened her dresser drawer, she took out a bunch of clothes and put them in her bag. Once the bag is full of clothes, she zipped it up. She looked at the top of her nightstand where her knife was, she smiled. "I don't need that. "

"All done, now to get out." She quietly left her room and down the stairs. Thankfully nobody was down stairs. The blonde made it to the front door, she put on her shoes and a sweatshirt, she exited out of the house.

She walked the concert sidewalks. Maybe somebody will see her and take her home with them.

After an hour of walking, she became hungry. Coming her way there was a restaurant. She walked a few more blocks and she entered the place.

As she stepped in, the smell of food filled her nose, it made her grow even more hungry.

A girl who had long brown hair and brown eyes, noticed that she was looking around. She wore a black dress like waitresses would wear. She made her way to Amber. "Just you?"

Jen blinked a couple of times. "Huh? Yes it's just me."

The waitress led Amber to an empty table surrounded by people. She sat down while the woman gave her, her menu.

Once she got it, she opened it and started to look through it.

"Can I get you something to drink?"

"Yes, apple juice. "

The woman took out her note pad and pen to write down what she wanted and she walked off.

Amber got into her bag and she searched for her hot pink iPod. As soon as she found it, she removed it out of her bag. She put on her ear buds and played Skillet.

She looked more into the menu. Something in there caught her eye, it was a pancake special. It was a picture of pancakes with whip cream and strawberries. With a side dish of mixed berry yogurt.

Amber smiled with satisfaction. The waitress came back with her drink. "Have you decided? "

"I'd like to have the pancake special. "

The woman pulled out the same note pad and pen out of her apron pocket. "That'll come right up." She took her menu and walked off.
