Steph's POV
"Where am I?" I groaned. I slowly opened my eyes to see a man who appeared to be in his late thirties, standing over me. He had palish skin which looked like it glowed and silver hair and grey eyes. He was wearing a silver suit with a dark blue bow tie.
"Good, you're finally awake." he said with a slight British accent. I sat up and looked at my surroundings. I was sitting on a cold grey floor outside. The sky was dark with stars, meaning it was night.
I stood up and saw that there was a type of waterfall in the middle of the ground but the weird thing was that the water was floating upwards. I walked closer at it to see that my appearence has changed. My hair was not its normal light brown with blue dip dye which fell to my mid-back but a dark brown just past my shoulders and a pale blue and silver colour in my side bangs. My skin slightly tanned with a pale glow to it. My rosebid lips were their usual pink but my eyes had changed to a lilac colour with a dark purple around the outer edge, I had my button nose as well but my eyelashes were longer and thicker then usual with eye liner and a little bit of light purple eyeshadow.
I also realised that my attire had changed as well. I no longer had my blue blouse and old brown pants but a mid thigh, sliver, glittery, long sleeved dress with no shoes.
"Who are you and what is this place?" I asked turning back to the man.
"I am Manny and you are on the moon." he said simply.
What?
"Wait, wait, wait, wait, rewind. YOU'RE Manny. As in the man on the moon." I asked in bewilderment.
"Exactly that child." he smiled.
"Woah." I whispered. "Wait, what am I doing here?" I asked.
"If you can't remember, you died. Again. However, you still have a lot to do. But first, I need to show you something." he smiled walking up to me, holding a golden box with a picture of me smiling on the side.
"Are these my. . .?" I asked but Manny interrupted me.
"Memories? Yes." I hesitanted but took them from his hand.
"How did you get these? I thought Pitch had them." I said.
Manny nodded and started to circle me. "He does, but I have a duplicate of all the children's memories. Oh, you should probably sit down before you open that." he informed pointing at the box.
I took his advice and sat on the floor. I started to lightly trace the design on the top of the box then my vision was consumed by a bright, white light.
When it finally dimmed down I noticed that I wasn't on the moon any more, but in a familiar small village. Now that I think about it, it was the first village I went to where I found out no one could see me.
*****Memory 1******
I saw a girl around 16 years old walk out of one of the small houses with boxes around the front. I walked closer to her to see she was me. I had bright green eyes, brown wavy hair to my mid back , my bangs clipped to the side, and I was wearing my old, light brown pants with an off cream colored blouse and no shoes.
"Oh and Honey, remember the bread." a woman probably in her late 30's called after her.
"Yes, mom." the girl called back.
I was walking to a small shop. I followed myself into the shop and I could hear myself humming quietly.
I pulled out a peice of paper out of my pocket and looked at the scruffy handwriting.
"Need some help?" someone said. Human me and I jumped and turned to the voice. When I saw who it was, my eyes widened in shock.
Jack.
