When I woke up I was still at the hospital. This time Rhys was in the bed the room was clean. I got up and fixed myself in the bathroom. I took the elevator down. The nurse looked shocked I was still here.
"Have a good night Luna." She said.
"You too." I said walking out of the hospital.
"Took you long enough." Justin said. I got into his car and buckled my seatbelt. He stared at me and I just looked out the window. It was dark and the clock under the radio read 2:14 am.
"If I were to tell you that.. Rhys told me something through mind link would you think I was crazy?" He asked randomly. I glanced at him.
"No." I said. "I would ask what did he say?" I asked.
"To pick you up and to do him a favor." He answered.
"A favor?" I asked.
"Yup." He smirked.
"What favor?" I asked.
"Just a small favor. I can't tell you." He continued to smirk. I glared.
"As Luna and his mate I should be able to know." I said.
"As beta and his best friend I can't say anything. It's a surprise." He parked in front of the house.
"I don't like surprises." I said.
"I know." He nods. "You love them." He laughs as I try to hit him. He gets out the car and runs into the house. I chase after him. I stop mid step as I saw my dad glaring at him.
"Running through the damn house at 2 am. Your mother is trying to sleep. I'm trying to sleep." My dad lectures Justin. I try to sneak up stairs. "Get back down here Alexia Olivia Michaels. Or let the moon goddess help you I will ground you for life." He says almost shaking the ground. I quickly stand next to Justin. My dad was scary when his sleep is interrupted. My wolf was submitting in the back of my mind and I'm sure Justin's wolf was doing the same.
"I'm sorry dad. I fell asleep at the hospital and Justin came to get me." I whispered looking down at the wooden floor. "I didn't mean to wake you or mom." I continued.
"It's okay princess." My dad hugs me. "It's not your fault. I'm glad you're home safe now. Go upstairs and get some rest okay?" My dad says softly. And I nod and walk upstairs and my dad turns to Justin. Justin looked at me shocked. I stuck my tongue out at him and his mouth dropped. When I got into my room I crawled under the covers and fell into a deep sleep with the thought of Rhys being here when I wake up.

I sit in his office and wait. Justin said we should skip out on interrogation today. So I have a free hour to myself. But I have absolutely nothing to do till the pups have to train. I sigh and walk out the door. The two guards stand straighter. My dad assigned them to keep me away from Rhys during the day. I roll my eyes at the thought of them trying to stop me. I keep walking till I reached Christopher's office. Rhys' father. He just got back a few days ago and he's handling most of the pack paperwork. I knock on the door.
"Come in." He grunts. I open the door and gave the guards a look that said 'go away'. I close the door behind me and sit in the chair in front of the desk. Christopher was still working and didn't look at me or speak for at least 2 whole minutes. But I still sat patiently and waited for him to be ready to talk. In ways he kinda reminds me of my father. He's cold and closed off to the outside. My father isn't very cold to me or my mother. So I wasn't use to having to wait and him glaring at me whenever he saw me.
"I'm glad that you recovered." I spoke seeing that he wasn't going to.
"Thank you. What do you want?" He asked. His voice tone slowly getting softer.
