Saving Her

Chapter 32

Rhys P.O.V

"Who was she?" Alexia asked. I thought about who she was talking about.

Mate is upset my wolf growled at me. And then it clicked. She meant Sage she was jealous if Sage. That's when I herd a loud slamming of the door I was talking with Sage. Alexia's and I bond was acting weird. I thought maybe she was hurt or on trouble. She blocked our bond so I wasn't able to track her as fast as I wanted too.

"Sage." I answered her causing her to roll her eyes. Since last night I see her showing a bit more attitude. It seems like she's a whole new person even her wolf was different. Now that she's Luna I knew she will change a bit but she has a whole different Wolf.

"Why were you with her?" She asked.

"We were just talking. She had some great ideas." I answered her truthfully. Sage was helping me with the wedding I had on mind. She's the best planner in the pack I thought it would be a good to have a conversation with her. She even had a business office in town. I would have went there but I wanted to say close just in case the vampires tried something while I was away.

"Talking about what?" She crossed her arms and I started to walk over to her. She's never been like this I've never see her jealous.

"She's mated already Alexia." I said ignoring her question and pulling her into a hug. She tries to get away from me but I just hold her tighter. "I will never do anything to hurt you Alexia. Why don't you trust me?" I asked and she stood still in my arms letting me hold her.

"I'm sorry." Alexia whispered burying her face in chest. Slowly she started hugging me back crying into my chest.

"I love you okay? No one will ever break us apart." I kissed her head.

"I love you too." She mumbled. We walked into her room and sat on the bed. First Alexia was snapping at me and then she's crying?

"Alexia do you feel different?" I asked. She nods.

"Yes I thought I was supposed to feel different." She says.

"Yeah." I nod trying to see how I can word the question better.

"I think I have two wolfs." She glanced at me.

"Two?" I asked.

"Ivy and someone or something else it only speaks sometimes."  She explained.

"Let's go to an elder or your dad to ask what's going on." I said standing up.

"No. I don't feel like that's a good idea." She shook her head.

"What should we do?" I asked. Her eyes were starting to change. Her wolf was speaking to her or was about to surface.

"Stay here with me." She said moving closer to me. I kiss her cheek lightly. Does she think I'll go see Sage again?

"We can go together." I said standing taking her hand in mine.

"No Rhys. We should stay here." She pulled her hand out of mine.

"Alexia." I whispered.

"I'm not going anywhere." She moved to the other side of the bed. I sighed.

"Why?" I asked.

"I have a feeling Rhys. It's not a good feeling. We have to stay here." She explained. I started getting undressed and climbed into bed with my love. I don't want to worry her.

"Okay." I kissed her head and she kissed my lips softly before cuddling into my chest falling asleep with in seconds. I got up and started getting dressed after a few minutes. There was something strange happening with Alexia. I needed to find out if this was because we mated like an after effect. I needed to know now. Justin was still here and her mother was downstairs last time I checked. Maybe she just doesn't want me to leave.
